I was searching for a place to live since I was notified by my employer that I had to relocate to Laredo with very short notice. After viewing several places I was recommended to La Joya Apartments. I called the office and Jessica was extremely helpful. She made it possible with the help of maintenance for me to move in by the time I needed to. Jessica with the help of Michell made the contract process very easy. Since I’ve lived here the little requests I’ve made for small maintenance issues are taken care off immediately. I feel safe and comfortable. It’s quiet place with great atmosphere. As a tenant, we are notified of any issues or precautions they might arise. Highly recommended La Joya apartments.

The new management has been making a lot of improvements to the apartment complex; a big difference from previous management. New management is really looking out for the tenants and making sure everything is in order and that we are comfortable. As of now, there are no complaints on my part.

I have lived in these apartments for a while and have had no issues , the new management has made a big difrence to our apartments they put cameras for our apartments they put bbq pits so we can spend time with family apartments are spacious well taken care of i really enjoy leaving in la joya apartment
The maintenance team is great here they’ve never made me wait more than 24 hours for anything they’ve even replaced my fridge. I’ve never had any issues with the complex or my neighbors I would highly recommend
My family has been living here for a little over a year and a half. The space is very nice for a family of three. The only thing we complain about is the parking due to we have to park so many apartments down. The one issue we had we reported it and maintenance fixed it in 2 days.
I have lived here for 4 years and counting nice and quiet place never have I had a problem.Apartments are very well taken care of easy payment access great staff workers and the best part are all the close by schools.
I’ve lived here for almost 7 months already & haven’t had any problems with my unit. Apartments are very nice & spacious. Maintenance are always available when needed & they always have the property clean. They have added several bbq pits to enjoy time with family & friends, other changes have been done to make tenants feel great about living here. What I love about living here is that it’s a pet friendly environment.

After a switch in management, the new company has been amazing! They have improved living conditions by painting the external environments, providing grills, and complementary washing of stairwells. They are very quick in their response for maintenance requests and other feedback tenants provide them.

Ive lived here for about 7 months already and ive been loving it so far. The apartment looks very nice from the inside. I like that maintenance is pretty quick at completing necessary orders, they installed bbq pits outside the buildings as well. The office staff is very nice and caring for their tenants.
Apartments are pretty and there are so many of them. What I like is that I am far away from the commotion of the city but are still close to everything. When I moved in, the lady that helped me was very nice and explained everything to me very carefully and now that I have been here a couple of months I can say its a pretty decent place to live.
