Property Ratings at La Jolla Terrace
Lived here for two months, and not a day longer. Shortly after moving in it was clear that this was a disgusting apartment complex that was not maintained at all. There's a raging spider problem, the build quality should be illegal, it was to the point where I heard my neighbors peeing (take a second to absorb that... I could *hear* my neighbors peeing), the laundry room was gross and neighbors would leave their clothes in the washer/dryer for hours, dog poo covered the grounds, and again - a raging spider problem. The 1 bedroom is advertised as 700 sq feet but is actually 506 sq feet. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Oh and after living here for two months they took $320 of my security deposit for cleaning and paint despite me cleaning the place and offering to paint up the minor holes I left behind. Terrible terrible terrible facility.
This place is a great catch. Affordable prices!!!!! What more do I need to say? And it's in La Jolla. Great deal, new upgrades, and nice view.
