The largest city in North Dakota, Fargo rests on the North Dakota-Minnesota border and the western banks of the Red River. However, Fargo residents affectionately refer to their location as “North of Normal.”
You might find that Fargo is a bit different when you stop by the Fargo-Moorhead Visitor Center and see the woodchipper from the movie Fargo. It is perfect for middle aged tenabts, but especially for seniors due to having mainfloor apartments,good heat and air conditioning, can park at the door to unload groceries,etc. If you live on the main floor there is one smaill step only. It is located near downtown Fargo in lovely and quiet neighborhhd. Garages are usually available, and each tenant has a storage unit.Outside doors are secured.

L&R apartments are amazing place to live its a quiet building if anything ever goes wrong maintenance is here so quickly to fix it and just a very all-around clean environment

The management is terrible and there is not a good form of communication. Went half the summer with AC that barely worked and the replacement they gave us didn't work that well. one of our AC's was broken when we moved in but we weren't informed that it didn't work or that it couldn't be fixed
