Hamilton Township sits on the east side of Trenton, roughly forming a triangle between the Delaware River, Mercer County Park, and the turnpike. Just over an hour’s drive from both New York City and Philadelphia, those choosing Hamilton apartments have convenient access to two of America’s most distinctive cities (rail service has made Hamilton a popular home base for commuters as well).
Hamilton is also home to one of the largest municipal parks in the state (the 350 acre Veterans Park) and borders the 2,500 acre Mercer County Park. Grounds for Sculpture on the northwest edge of the township is one of the community’s major landmarks, with dozens of works of art on display across 42 acres of parkland.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Kuser Village
I called inquiring about vacancies. Her rude response was “I don’t know”. That was the end of the conversation from her. That’s a big red flag for me.

BEWARE:Kuser village paints a pretty picture on the outside. Always ask them to show you the apartment you are getting, because chances are there's something wrong with it. Every apartment is old and you can hear everything your neighbor does - cough, talk, walk, snore etc. Kuser village is a smoke friendly apartment complex. Our disaster neighbors, smoke themselves to death every day, slowly killing my family with second hand smoke. Kuser village does nothing to rectify this situation. They don't care. Do yourself a favor and run, don't walk away from this apartment complex. You'll be happy you did.
I am a current tenant at kuser village apartments, I love living here. The area is safe and quiet. The complex grounds are neat and clean, always well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance is always prompt and ready to help with any needs that arise. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to live.
Absolutely lovely apartments with all new upgrades. Quiet community with lovely ambiance.
Our apartment was fully updated with a nice screened in porch new windows. Maintenance staff was great at quickly fixing problems and Angela at the office is a delight to deal with.
I currently live in a one bedroom apartment at Kuser Village. This apartment complex is great for anyone that no longer wants to make a long commute to a Trenton job. The newly renovated apartments are well worth the price, not only for spaciousness, but also as they may include washer/dryers within the apartment, a beautifully redone kitchen and bathroom, and a full sized dishwasher. The complex property is well maintained and very nicely landscaped, which makes spending time on the back porch/balcony comfortable. The complex is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the local Quakerbridge Mall and from the Marketplace shopping center.
Great 1 floor apartment with the feel that you live in a townhouse. Quiet neighborhood with well kept landscaping and grounds. Ample storage space and some units come with washer dryer. Lovely screened in patio that overlooks the woods so you feel like you have the place to yourself! Things have a tendency to break where ever I live so I really appreciate the 24 hour responses from maintenance so fix anything you need! Many apartments have newly renovated kitchens. Very happy to have decided to live at Kuser Village!
I am not looking to move until October but I went to visit the property in May. Angela was awesome in showing me a unit, sitting with me for over a half hour to go over exactly what I was looking for. Other places I visited just brushed me off since my move in date is later in the year, but not here. This is still my first choice to move. The overall property is beautiful and the units are very nice. And the outside area is the BIGGEST selling point for me. I hope to be a resident in a few month. Way to go for having OUTSTANDING customer service. You don't find that that everywhere, TRUST ME!
