Kulana Hale is on the major bus route and within walking distance to Times Supermarket, 7-Eleven, Banks, hospitals and several restaurants. Kulana Hale offers many activities and events for the seniors. The community room features 3 computer stations, library, exercise area with exercise equipment, large screen television, pool table and tables and chairs for socializing. To qualify, applicants must be at least 55 years of age. Household income for an individual cannot exceed $70,560/year. Rent includes water, sewer, maintenance and taxes. Cable is offered for just $20/month through a bulk package with Spectrum. This cable package includes 125 channels. Section 8 welcomed! No pets allowed.
