Harrison and Richfield is an amazing community to live in. Staff is professional, kind, and go out of their way to help you. Maintenance man showed up only hours after putting in a request through their online portal; there was no need to call and leave a voicemail. Paying rent is so simple with automatic payments through their portal, and it's cheaper than any other apartments around. Apartment is in amazing condition, equipped with in-unit laundry room, as well as a garage! Neighbors seem to be quiet folk who keep to themselves. I've had nothing but good experiences since moving here. I highly recommend applying for residency here if you like feeling respected and cared for as a tenant.

The Richfield Apartments have but nothing short of amazing to live in. Quiet neighbors. Nicole and Brittany are on the ball at all times if I ever have an issue.

Richfield is probably one of the best apartment homes in Grand Forks related to the monthly rental amount. Management is kind and prompt and respectful.

Great staff, great location, great price, and great unit. Since I was moving in from out-of-state, it's always a risk when you don't know the lay of the land like when you're moving within a city itself. I'm therefore so happy I went with Goldmark because I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.

I've lived in my Richfield Apartment for just over 8 months, and have been extremely happy. It's a very spacious apartment with in-unit laundry (one of my must haves) and is in a nice, quiet building in a quiet area. The amenities are great, it's in very close proximity to my workplace, parking is never an issue, everything is in good shape and functions like it should. Neighbors are all very friendly and considerate of one another. I haven't regretted my choice to move in here one bit, and would make the same decision all over again.

Have almost been living in the Kremer apartment for a year! Its been a pretty amazing experience whenever weve need something done it, its done so fast! Its a fairly clean and quiet building!

staff in the office is great. Fast response to emails. Friendly every phone call i made to them. Due to COVID its self guided tours and check in/walk through. I was skeptical at 1st during to the "Goldmark" name but so far its been great

I love living at Richfield!! Any issues are promptly alleviated. My building is always clean, which is a Huge plus as far as I am concerned. I've rented from Goldmark since moving to North Dakota, 7 years ago. It totally meets my standards which tend to be pretty high.

Respectful and polite staff that helps in a timely manner, floor plan is spacious and location is right by major shopping areas. Great place for small families or rooming.

The apartment that I rent is perfect for the many health issues that I have to deal with daily ---- it's on the ground level, and the closest apt. located to the entery door, and also the patio door is convenient in getting out in case of need of an ambulance emergency, and when having groceries delivered. The apartment is large and very up to date and comfortable. My garage was convenient to reach when I first moved here, but my health the last 1 & 1/2 years has declined to the point where it is pretty much impossible for me to walk the distance to safely get to my car. Everyone of your managers that I have delt with have been WONDERFUL, and so helpful and understanding, and have been so friendly. As I mentioned before, my apartment is on the 1st floor, and so far these past 3 years that I have lived here, I have been blessed with quiet, friendly,helpful, and kind and considerate neighbors --- (WHICH IS HUGE) -- in helping make my apartment a comfortable home......
