The apartment itself is nice, but there’s often a smell in the building that seems like smoke or another substance. It tends to seep into my unit, which is frustrating. I’d love to see better ventilation or enforcement of community policies.

I absolutely love this complex. The staff is friendly, maintenance takes care of issues in a timely manner, my apartment is spacious and has plenty of light, and the neighbors are friendly. There is a pool, a gym, and bikes that can be taken to ride around on. There is also a community garden. I couldn't be happier.

Let's start with cold concrete cell. They claim windows are double paned. Lies. They don't do anything about illegally parked cars. The police can't write tickets unless Kormen request it. Trash dumpters are always over flowing. They don't fix things, they patch stuff. God forbide you need a new appliance, it comes from another unit. Most units are from the 1970's.

I have been in this apartment complex since 2017 I have had My car broken into the floor is coming up I have a wasp nest in my window which I am allergic to I keep telling them about all of my maintenance issues and they refuse to fix it it’s not worth the headache of living here nobody gives a crap and it is a free-for-all this place sucks !!! Management is a joke i’ve gone down to the office several times to complain and it’s like I’m talking to myself because nothing gets accomplished I’m still dealing with the same issues months later they tell you that they’re going to fix it and then they never do so then you have to go back down there and complain I don’t know how this place is still open I don’t know how this management is still here don’t move here save yourself the peace of mind and do not move here the apartments are run into the ground.

I recently moved into the Korman- Cherrywood with my husband and I must say I am very disappointed with the management of the complex. CUSTOMER SERVICE-The manager at the office- Anne Marie is ignorant and very difficult to speak to. The complex will slap a "final warning" sign on your car and tow your car IMMEDIATELY if you don’t park it in the designated areas so it's not a final warning they are just trying to act like they tried to warn you. The manager expects you to park "wherever you find parking, no matter how far it might me". They will call and email you to collect info regarding your pet so that they can start to collect the pet fee because of course, they are seeking their payments but they will forget about asking you to register your car because they have no monetary gains in that area. How convenient. PACKAGES & THEFT ON THE PROPERTY-My neighbor had her package stolen a little after we moved in and when she went to the office to complain about it the manager ANNE MARIE so kindly suggested that perhaps her new neighbors had taken the package. Thankfully, my neighbor told her that we were decent people with great jobs and that we wouldn't do something like that. So be prepared to be accused of stealing. PARKING- IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. People who do not live in the complex come over and stay with their cars for as long as they please taking up residents' parking spaces. Commercial vehicles are always parked on the complex adding to the parking issue. There is no assigned parking. I'm pretty sure most people would like to be able to see their car from the window but this complex doesn’t care. ELECTRICITY BILL- INCREDIBLY HIGH!- Expect your electricity bill to be NO LESS THAN $220/month . The company whom provides service is Atlantic City Electric. When we started to receive tremendously high bills we contacted the company to inquire. They stated that the service boxes on the complex are VERY OLD and that is why it costs more COMPLEX AS A WHOLE- From the outside the complex looks a bit more "decent" compared to neighboring complexes but in all actuality they are overpriced for nothing. You would think that by paying a bit more the customer service would match the prices. nothing that really sets this complex apart from the others When you go for a tour they tell you all the "great" things about the complex but please beware. I have only been here a few months and the negative really seems to outweigh the positive in this complex.

My husband and I lived in this complex from 2014 to 2016. This is not a safe community. Our upstairs neighbors were drug dealers; I witnessed the police raid the apartment. And my husband's car was totalled by a different dealer right on Korman property (the druggie was arrested at the scene but the management let him and his girlfriend continue to live there.) I had to call the police when strange men entered my home, but it turns out the property manager Annemarie had sent maintenance over with no heads up phone call (it wasn't the first time she did that either--I woke up to strange men in my bedroom when I was pregnant as well.) I felt scared all the time at Korman. Worst place I ever lived.

Currently living here, coming up to our first year (and our last). Moved into an apartment that they were supposed to have all cleaned up and ready for us to move in but was a mess. We spent the first 2 weeks walking on nails from the carpet and writing down the many down falls of the supposed "ready to move in" apartment. Maintenance takes forever but it's only because management sucks at handling issues. Had to have the washer and dryer taken for repairs within the first week. I pretty much have corporates number on speed dial since that seems to be the only way to be heard. Counting the days until our lease is up.

This is my first time moving out and starting my life with my boyfriend. We have looked at so many apartments. These apartments are amazing and the staff is so friendly. They replaced all my appliances in the kitchen right away when they didn't all match or work properly. There Maintnece crew is amazing. They have a great pool and workout room. Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly. The apartments are very large and have a lot of storage space. They are freshly painted with new carpets. And they were a good price.

This is the perfect location. Just minutes to the highway that takes you either to historic Philadelphia or the New Jersey Shore. If you like the mountains, just 2-3 hours will get you there. The complex has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apts , a pool, tennis court and if you like gardening, you can grow your own vegetables or flowers in a dedicated location. Do you have a cat or dog? They are welcome. The complex is very well maintained with maintenance on site. I love my apartment. I have a 2 bedroom, kitchen, livingroom and laundry area. The apartments are 1st and 2nd floor. I live on the 1st floor. Never hear what is going on upstairs. Very quiet, well insulated. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. There is also an exercise room adjacent to the office and an area to rent for cook outs, etc. The office staff are great and always available.

This is place is generally quiet and tranquil. I've lived here since October,2014 and I don't mind living there. The lease office ladies are very pleasant and courteous. The unit I have, the appliances and kitchen and bathroom, are dated and need major upgrades. The AC is a bit on the noisy side, kitchen range and refrigerator are old. I believe they should be replaced with newer, more energy efficient ones. One major issue is it takes a long time to get requested maintenance work done. 1. Washing machine stopped working, I reported it and it took over a week for the old and worn machine to be repaired, not replaced. 2. I reported non working AC in the heat of summer. It took at least three days to get it fixed. 3.Emergency maintenance guy told me to call a locksmith when I left my main entry key inside. Issue is ; lockouts is on the list of situations deemed "emergency".

I thought I would not like moving to New Jersey but thanks to Cherrywood at Korman I can not see myself living anywhere else. The managment team is the best and I lived in many different apartments. The landscape is well groomed, we have a community garden and a bike share program,the gym and the community room gives you such a home feeling. My apartment is GREAt!, I love my walk-in pantry, stainless stell applicances. It is centerally located to anything you would want, accessible to the highway. Cherrywood ROCKS!

Since the day I've moved in up until the present, the staff has been great, apartment has been more then accommodating to my needs and no complaints in regards to noise. I'm right outside the pool and tennis courts so the view is nice. The surrounding area for shops and restaurants is great too. Highway access is really close by traffic isn't an issue either. Overall, this place has been GREAT!!

The property is kept clean, the area is safe, the apartments are spacious and have a washer/dryer in unit which is excellent! The overall quality of the apartments is great for the value.

I have lived here since 2009 and enjoy the best management team in South Jersey. I have completely enjoyed my time here and I will be staying until my lease ends in May of 2016. I highly recommend Cherrywood as a safe, well maintained apartment community.

Wonderful, peaceful, quiet environment. Apt includes 2br, 1 ba, kitchen, lr, dining area, w/d, central air, totally electric. Complex offers workout center, pool, dog park, lots of parking, close to schools, shopping, restaurants, interstate highway system. Probably the best complex I have EVER rented in since 1974. My wife and I quite happy here, hope to stay rest of our lives ( we are 68 and 62).
