Knollwood Estates in Allendale
Do not move here, the management is terrible. My family had a safety concern about the trailer that we owned. We thought that our trailer was broken into. We went straight to the manger to complain and she told us that we were wrong/ lying. We showed her/ told her what had happen and she refused to help us or solve our problem. The manger is never willing to help and she likes to close the main office whenever she feels like. They are never open during office hours she likes to close it between 1 hour to 3 hours early. You have to catch her when shes there otherwise you won't be helped. The office people are the most rude and selfish people ever! Its hard to get a hold of the maintenance people and don't bother leaving a message cause they never call back! Living here is the most stressful thing ever!!!! Don't even bother living here, find a better place that treats residents with respect.

Knollwood Estates
Most homes can accommodate students, young families, and the disabled reasonably well. If leasing, be knowledgeable in maintenance requests, as there is a high turnover rate of employment in this area. Mobile homes are clean and presentable, and the lease credit option (25% of lease payments) for purchasing a home can be beneficial.
