The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Kitterman Woods
If I could give them a zero, I would. I have been living there for over two years. A few months ago my water bill went up 2-3 times the usual amount. It actually should’ve lowered since my kids attended a summer program most of the day. Clearly something isn’t right. The office staff did absolutely nothing. No on from the water company came out. They hire workers with no experience or skills. They instructed me to put in a maintenance ticket, which was pointless. They refuse to give corporate’s information. There are multiple things wrong with this “luxury” apartment community. Residents are always complaining about something.
I lived here for a year. At first it was nice but the quality rapidly deteriorated. Yes it has no breed restrictions but they also don’t check if the dog is friendly. My dog got attacked twice, once my a rescued fighting dog and then by a small wire haired dog who had gotten lose. Trash and dog poop is everywhere, and people hang out in the woods. Packages are frequently stolen, furniture is stolen off porches and cars are broken into. An entire section of the complex is hardly lit and it took 6 months for them to do anything about cutting low hanging branches. In fact, neighbors started cutting branches because the complex wouldn’t and then complex cut and sent a letter telling occupants not to cut the branches. Prices are too high for what they’re offering cause it’s not luxury! Strays cats everywhere.
Overall, this is a fairly mediocre apartment complex. That being said, you pay too much for what you get. -Substandard amenities -People drive with their trash bags on the hood of their car to take it to the compactor -The grounds are not maintained well and there is a raccoon that hangs out at the pool (we’ve reported it and Kitterman Woods seems to be entirely unbothered) -We fought for an entire year for the apartment complex to fix our air conditioning system that started malfunctioning 2 weeks after move in. They fixed it a month before we moved out While Rakeem (Asst. Property Manager) and Wendy (Property Manager) are lovely to speak to, neither care at all about you or if your apartment is meeting expectations. They will likely not followup with you if its a conversation they’re disinterested in having and they do not consider your air conditioning completely breaking mid Florida summer a “maintenance emergency”. So, have fun sleeping in a 90 degree apartment until someone finally bothers to help you. Do not move here if you have any reasonable expectations of your quality of life or if you do not want to be awoken by dogs howling at 5am on Saturday morning. -Dusty old apartments where base boards are broken, cabinet paint peeling and a staff who is good at smiling at you but not actually helping.

Large complex, 2 pools,New carpet, nice appliance nice neighbors. Nice Ground maintenance. Tennis court. Washer n Dryer in unit. Wifi Access.
This is my second year living at Kitterman Woods. The rent is higher than alot of apartments in Port Saint Lucie and Jensen Beach area however, I am willing to pay more for the outstanding management team that serves me, the cleaniness provided by the maintenance department and the amenities that are available to the tenents; workout center, recreation room 2 pools, Basketball and VollybalI court . The apartments are spacious and modern looking. It's like living in a resort. If you have a problem with anything in your apartment the maintenace crew are their within ample time. The complex is pet friendly. The tenents are friendly to one another and the age group varies. The management team provide a monthly newsletter and there are on-going get togethers provided by the management team to get tenents together. The landscaping is beautiful and is always well kept. It is a safe, friendly and clean place to live. I will not be moving anytime soon. Rob D
