Chartreuse was a great help through the whole process and her communication was accurate and asl well as the rest of the leasing team .! Excellent apartments
They don’t cut grass, they have rodents and roaches. They don’t fix anything unless u make a scene, but they raise rent with no problem. And they don’t listen or answer the phone
Very shady business practices from the beginning. They ask for a whopping $400 dollars for processing fee and then ask for more than money than is even listed on their website and when Dekalb Housing Authority refused to pay more, they refused to pay my whopping hard earned $400 dollars back to me and I am a single mom with 3 children on a government program such a shame and what low lifes.Then after much protest when they finally did agree to pay, they claimed they would send it in the mail, let’s just say I have been waiting for a month and half now for my check to come in the mail, not their money MY MONEY they refuse to let go of MY MONEY -amazing the trials and tribulations and run- arounds this company will put you through for something that is not even theirs to claim hold to, I should not have to fight so hard for MY MONEY, incredulous the disrespect is ongoing so I shall be ongoing as well smdh

It is a very nice apartment, only flaw is no lights but other than that it is great.
This is one of the worst apartments I have been in so far I have to take my child to the hospital because of the mold build up in the walls the maintenance here doesn't fix anything at all the a/c was just put in the hot water heater was broken for a while I had to call code enforcement when its was cold the heater wasn't working forcing me to buy more blankets to make sure my kids were warm then when it become hot outside the a/c was never installed which I complained about several times causing them to give me their personal fans which I still have now and even when the unit was installed it still doesn't work properly its still hot so I still use their fans I will not be renewing my lease here I would stay in a car before I stay here again things are already difficult enough being a single father with 3 kids
