Slumlord at its finest
This apartments are cheap and a quart affordable for the area however, in February was bad snow storms my dog or literally fell off. They find the cheapest way to fix stuff and when she doesn’t have somebody to fix it, she don’t do nothing no upstairs air conditioning that works it works fine downstairs, but don’t expect it to be upstairs. The counters are not nailed down the walls up near the bathroom upstairs make knocking sounds which they refused to fix my door has been broken since I moved in two years ago in October it finally fell off his hinges in February and still has not been fixed accordingly the furnaces are not serviced so you’re moving into a furnace that will run your energy bill up considerably so that what you save and rent you’re paying electricity. You’re upstairs does not get warm. It is at least 20° cooler than you’re downstairs at all times except for the summer which is 20° hotter.

Perfect starter place
Edmond is great, quiet neighborhood and allows or dog, love it and worth the price!
