Do Not Move Here!!!!! My daughter was so excited about getting her 1st place! Unfortunately it has been TERRIBLE! Of course ssd's he's young & shes learning,,but Im a parent and this is just not acceptable!! First, there Rude Staff! Maintenance is very poor! Apartment was not clean upon move in day, things that were addressed prior were not fixed & still aren't. They have rats & mice! Have droppings everywhere. Dishwasher holds water, smells, & they fail to fix,, toilets not properly flushing since move in , even after several maintenance requests..have Window issues...I have photos of everything,, broke the lease w/ early move out and now they are charging her thousands of dollars!! Not! She will not pay & live under these conditions!!
We just moved in and now we fixing to move out because of all the roaches... we are trying too find out how to get in contact with the HR management because this apartment is a disaster...
From the day we moved in. The kitchen was covered n bugs everything kept breaking. The mangers don't care they are rude. It's was a mistake all together!!!
I just signed my third year lease. I am very happy, I have found all the staff including maintenance staff to be very courteous and helpful. All maintenance issues were taken care of immediately. I only have one issue, which is these apts are not animal friendly. I will choose to live here for the remainder of my life.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE APARTMENTS!! When they showed me the model apartment I made sure to ask if I would get an apartment identical to that one because the pictures online seemed out data and I didn't like the kitchen. She told me they had remodeled all of their apartments and my apartment would look exactly like the one she showed me...we signed the lease and unlocked our door to our new apartment...COMPLETE LIE! It was nothing like the one they showed me it was the same outdated one I saw online! Not to mention the microwave they gave us was tiny and didn't even fit our small plates!! There is ALWAYS something broken and it's a fight to get maintenance to come take care of it. I have to submit multiple requests and when they finally come out they won't even look at the problem! The office staff is always rude (with the exception of a few people I've spoken to) but the regular workers are rude and short when I try to speak with them. I absolutely hate living here. I advise anyone else looking for apartments to NEVER rent from them.

I have really enjoyed living here. No problems. Everyone is nice and neighborly. Whenever you have anything wrong they are out the next day to fix. Take good care of the property. Very nice on the inside also.
