Loved our time at Elan/Kingsley Shadow Creek Ranch! Maintenance has been amazing, the amenities have been enjoyable, and the office staff has been very kind to us. Overall, we recommend leasing here!

AWFUL. Does NOT recommend for several reasons: (1) walls are paper thin; can hear noise from all surrounding neighbors and the elements (2) staff is unfriendly/unprofessional minus the gentleman who is always kind and helpful (3) Cockroach infestation; siting's at least once a week (4) Regular internet outages with ZERO accountability (5) Gate entrances stay out of service (6) Packages stolen OFTEN from mailroom. Pros: The PROPERTY is beautiful but an obvious quick build. The maintenance team under RPM has been excellent. Not at all worth the cost. Again - DOES NOT recommend.

Great apartments! Lovely amenities, quiet area, and comfortable living. It has all of the things we were looking for when choosing where to live.

I love the apartments. You really get your monies worth. The apartment is very spacious and I have just a one bedroom. Maintenance is very fast when you need anything fixed.

My over all experience has been good so far. The move in was smooth and pleasant. The staff was kind and friendly. I absolutely love the apartment. Still waiting on the gift card that was offered when signing a lease and moving in before Nov 15, 2024

So far, it has been a pretty good experience. It is quiet, a lot or parking space, and clean. The manager is very kind and always willing to help i everything.

By far the best living experience thus far. I love the amenities and the food trucks. The monthly activities are also a great touch. The staff is always so welcoming and it’s affordable living for the everyday person.

So far all has been great! Trying to utilize the beautiful pool before the cooler weather comes in! The cute pumpkin and carving kits were a hit with the kids for Halloween!

We've lived in several apartments around Houston area and definetly Elan at shadow creek have been the best, most comfortable and friendly apartments that we've been at.

Good amenities to enjoy, great fitness center that can be used at any time of the day. love the pool and lawn space that you can also use to workout.

The beauty of the grounds is truly impressive well-maintained landscaping, vibrant flowers, and clean walkways that create a peaceful atmosphere. The upkeep is top-notch, with everything from the amenities to the common areas always spotless. It’s also incredibly quiet, which is perfect for relaxing or working from home. The staff is kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable. And the neighbors are friendly, adding to the sense of community. Highly recommend!

Any concerns I’ve had, have been addressed in a timely manner. I do feel that the walls are pretty thin in the apartments, but this is not enough to keep me from living here. I came from a very disastrous complex before this, so I am grateful for my experience to date. Dawn has always been so helpful from move in day to 1.5 years later. I appreciate the office staff and maintenance staff for being helpful!

Gaby and staff provided excellent customer service when I was deciding which apartment would fit best my needs. They did an amazing job. I am excited about making Elan my new home.

The property management team, led by Gabby, with Dawn as the assistant property manager and Priscila as the leasing professional, is exceptional. They respond to any needs swiftly and with a friendly demeanor that makes you feel truly valued as a resident. The maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping teams are also top-notch. They keep everything in pristine condition, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. One of my favorite amenities is the valet service—it’s incredibly convenient and adds a touch of luxury to everyday life. The shared space in the leasing office is another highlight; it’s beautifully designed and offers a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The environment is so welcoming that I always feel at home here. For anyone moving or new to the area, this apartment complex should be at the top of your list. The location is conveniently situated between most areas of the city, only taking 20-25 minutes without traffic to make it downtown via State Road 288. Although it is not particularly close to Houston's Bush Airport, Houston's Hobby Airport is another option if you don't want to make the drive up north. Additionally, the maintenance team has consistently been on top of any requests we've made. The amenities nearly justify the additional cost to your rent each month, too. The experience of applying for an apartment at ELAN was seamless, with the help of our leasing agent, Veronica. Since I drive an electric vehicle, the on-site EV Charging was also a no-brainer. This is by far the most positive experience I've had with any apartment I've rented thus far. I highly recommend taking a tour if you're in the market. You will not be disappointed!

Since I moved to Elan not too long ago, I've been incredibly moved by the warm and supportive nature of the community. I've found solace in going to the gym and taking leisurely walks around the complex. Additionally, meeting my neighbors has been a delightful experience, as everyone I've encountered here has been exceptionally kind.

My time at Elan has been amazing. The staff have always been extremely friendly anytime I interacted with them. When I first moved in, due to it being a new build, there were a few maintenance issues with my place. They were always addressed in a timely manner and maintenance has always been friendly and apologetic about any problems I faced.

We like the apartment because of the amenities like the pool and dog park. It is a great area to live in with HEB and a lot of food places surrounding it.

Overall it’s a nice place to live. Maintenance staff is great. The front office staff isn’t so great. They give off vibes of not wanting or caring to help with the simplest things when that is their job. It’s not just to sit around and wait to show apartments. They’re slow to answer emails or they won’t address them at times, It’s incredibly difficult to get someone on the phone, we have to result to going to the front office to see them and that’s when they give you the look of why are you here, what do you want? We’ve also raised a complaint about our neighbor our first year there and they did nothing. Our neighbor, still to this day, smokes weed on occasion mostly the weekends and sometimes during the week or if they’re off or something they’ll smoke and the smell gets in our apartment from the bathroom. This is 2 and half years of this. Why haven’t we moved? It’s expensive. We can’t just up and move on demand. But we are soon. They don’t take their own policies serious.

The family vibe you get here is amazing! Great place to live! The staff If always there If needed and then amenities are always taken care of!

Elan Shadow Creek Ranch is a beautiful property with amazing amenities. The units are well maintained inside and out. The fact that I have a fenced backyard is AMAZING! The dog park is just the right size and the greenspace is very large and inviting. The gym is nicely equipped with a variety of machines and such. The office staff are nothing but absolutely pleasant, attending to all my needs in a timely, efficient manner. The Maintenance staff here are so friendly. They do an incredible job of getting problems fixed quickly and professionally. All my maintenance orders have been completed the same day within hours of requesting on line. Overall, this property gets a 9.8 rating from me.

My experience as a resident has been good. Enjoying my apartment, amenities, and the resident events held at the club house. Clean environment. Safety was an issue but the complex immediately came up with ways for safety precautions.

Awesome Staff! I relocated from another state. The application and move in process was very smooth and the interior apartments are stunning, love the finishes and the gridle. I have a weakness for gas cooktop and high ceilings. Also, I want to mention that I like the fact that each stairwell only leads to 4 apartments per floor which makes it more private compared to buildings that have a long hallways.

Elan maintenance staff has always been prompt in addressing my maintenance needs and I greatly appreciate them.

I recently moved into Elan Shadow Creek, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the luxury feel of the community. One of the great things about this apartment is the pool. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of work. The pool area feels like a private oasis. It's such a luxury to have this right outside my doorstep! As a pet owner, I also appreciate how incredibly pet-friendly the community is. There's even a designated dog park where my furry baby can play and socialize with other pets in the community. One of the standout amenities for me is the coworking pods, which are perfect since I work from home. The pods are comfortable and private. It's a great way to stay focused and productive while still enjoying the comforts of being at home. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I absolutely do not like living here and I cannot wait to move. The walls and floors are so thin I can hear everything from water running, toilet flushing, walking, opening cabinets etc. from the floor above. They make so much noise that I have to sleep with ear plugs and turn my television up loud. I am so over this place.

All team members have been so caring, friendly, and supportive! If you ever need anything they are there to help and support.

I love this community because it’s smaller and intimate and the staff are always having events to get the community involved. Staff is very personable and Julie is a excellent manager that always has her teneants best interest at heart.
