Kingsburg Villas

Me, my husband, and two our two children have lived here for a year-and-a-half and have found it to be a very quiet and friendly community. There are loads of children out playing all day and the pool is constantly played in during the summer months. The laundry facilities have recently had some issues, but the new owners and management have really worked hard to address multiple issues. We have never had bug or pest problems inside our home nor on our balcony and there are no feral cats prowling either. Maintenance requests are completed timely and communication is quick. The only negative thing I can report is that although it is advertised on this website as "smoke free," it is not. Our neighbors are constantly smoking which prevents us from opening our windows and front door due to the risk of second-hand smoke. I know management has addressed this both times, but the residents continue to not adhere to the rules.

Just want to give a huge kudos to new manager she is awesome!!! Been living here for over 4 years now and see big difference between old and new management she is on top of everything very helpful always with a great smile on her face !! Thank you si much for all youre help apt 181 !!

For the past 1 yr I had to buy my own fumigator for cockroaches my unit got infasted with them spend hundred of dlls ... the noise is tremendous from the upstairs unit you can even hear when they are intimate that is so disturbing these apartments are so old they are not taken care of well our stove is so old .. the new managment is so bad she dosent even know what to do when you asker a question the laundry room hardly has no open washers dryers half of the time dont work .. just looking for another place .

Today 8/21/17 we got a notice via a letter on our front screen door that my unit will be fumigated tomorrow 8/22/17 8am. Such an inconvenience for my family and I. Asked the manager when we're we suppose to get the heads on this. Short answer.. since last week. We did not get any type of notice till today and I wouldn't be surprised if other families didn't get it as well. This was the icing on the cake and made our decision faster to move out. Plumbing and a/c don't get attended to in a timely manner. Communication is very poor with the new management. We miss the management before this one. Anyways not recommending this place to anyone I know. Neighbors are cool though. Tenant 2015-2017

I think this is a nice place kingsburg,but these apt arent so good.The apartments are so old..u can here when a neighbor turns on there water..drags a chair across there floor..even when the tv is on..the maitenance is solw i had to call twice so they can come n fix something ..plus theres cockaroaches ..n i had to buy my own roach killers because they dont do much about it...i would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

Very quiet area and close to highway access, perfect for the first time college student starting their lives on their own. However laundry room is very small and machines frequently break down and are not in service. Parking is also an issue, since there is hardly any on the weekends.

Everyone at Kings Pointe is very helpful! Leticia takes care of our needs in a timely matter. The complex is very family oriented and well taken care of. I love that they are pet friendly.

The whole layout of the apt complex is good with a pool laundry room and exercise room we have evrything we need in one location definitely recommend KINGS POINTE KINGS!!!

These apartment homes are highly maintained and have a welcoming feel upon entering the complex. They are very safe and as a parent safety is very important to me. The management is great at social interaction and awesome with all the youth around. Management always makes time to listen wholeheartedly to complaints, concerns and requests from tenants or or new renters and always does their best to respond and fix things as soon as possible. Our on site maintenance man is always friendly and ready to help. There are playgrounds here for the children and there are no fears of anything dirty or dangerous around that children might get their hands on. There is a beautiful, fresh and most importantly clean pool that i feel comfortable taking my children to often. I am happy to call Kings Pointe my home.

We have 2 years living here, our apartment have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, I like my apartment because we have enough space for my family and the neighbor's are nice, my kids can go outside to play safe because the people who live here are very good and this place is so peaceful and security. Kingsburg California's Kings Pointe Apartments are nice. Our family really enjoys the location of our apartment and we really like our surrounding neighbors / residents. The manager and staff on site are very kind and courteous and have really answered all of our questions and met our needs pertaining to any issues concerning our apartment. The swimming pool is very nice, and love to see the other residents walking their dogs. The on site facility to launder ones clothes is nice. The people here seem too be hard working families and their also seems to be some unity here among the different families that are respectively represented here. Having security here on the weekends seems too give that feeling of being extra protected. Kings Pointe Apartments are a great choice for the family whether you are looking at short a term stay or a long term stay. The community here really swedome. I love my 3 bed, 2 bathroom apartment! It is a nice apartment and pet friendly! I also love that they have a gym, pool, and laundry mat. Seriously the best apartments I have ever lived in!

This apartment complex is great for families and or people seeking nice, quiet, modern living! You are not far from your favorite restaurants, or shopping centers. It's always kept up outdoors and friendly office staff. You never have to worry about staying cool because it has a great pool with so much room to lounge around. I am very proud to call this my home!

For 3 bdrm/2bath you get one of the best deals you can ask for in the area. Apt aren't new but they are well maintained. Pool and gym is a plus. 2 playgrounds for the kids. Managment is great and friendly. Only reason I don't rate 5 stars is that it can use new equipment such as stove and ac units. They work well but more modern will be better. Excellent overall. Highley recommended for college students or startup families.

Kings Pointe is very family oriented with family activities during the holidays. Our apartment complex is very well maintained and has security that walks the premises. A very friendly and helpful office staff and maintenance personnel

I believe a great apartment complex is only as good as the people who run it and that's exactly why kings pointe is run so well the onsite manager is amazing she is very close with everyone . She runs a great staff if something should go wrong in our home it gets fixed within the day and she and her office are kid friendly she throws little get togethers for the kids board game days bbq for all of us . There is also night security so that's a plus and a playground I absolutely love living here our apartment had more than enough room for my family and everything works well . By far the best place I've lived so far :)

Pretty big size for an apartment 3 bedroom and 2 bath, in a very good quite town. Has a clean laundry area and small gym and a pool. Only thing they need to do is renovate old apartments and when you renew the lease it goes up each time. It gets pretty expensive for apartments. The staff is very friendly and when you need something fix they get on it right away. And makes sure your satisfied with what was done.

Kings Point is a very nice place to live. You have a very helpful manager who is on top of everything as soon as let known.It's quiet and peaceful the way I like it. And only 2 min away from work, what more do I want!

Kingspoint apartments are a safe neighborhood that hava a security guard in the night hours. Although it could be safer if it was a gated community. They are close to schools and to store. The apartments are also close to the store in town. The only thing I don't like about the apartments is that the parking space are to small. Overall i would definitely recommend the apartments to a friend.

I have been living here for 7 months. Love the community, the management team and the maintenance workers always there. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. I lost my house to foreclosure and thought I would hate to live in an apartment complex but I come to enjoy living here great schools, stores near me. The only problem is parking after coming home it's hard to get a parking we are assigned to one parking space, and the other parking is for visitors or first come bases. Also the appliances need updated but other than that love this place.

My husband and I have been at our apartment for 2 years and are quite happy here. The apartment manager and maintenance guys are absolutely awesome, very friendly and efficient! The apartment is spacious and we love the open layout of kitchen/livingroom/diningroom. The only issues we have had are loud kids running around (which is a parenting issue and will happen anywhere) and people with off leash dogs and/or not picking up after their pets (which is an owner issue.) My biggest and pretty much only complaint that would make us consider moving is that there needs to be much stricter enforcement of keeping dogs on leash as it seems that since dogs are small peoole think they don't have to follow the rules. My 85 pound service dog has been rushed by off leash aggressive small dogs at least 8 times in the two years we've been here, setting back training a great deal. Other than that though we do love it here.

Kings Pointe apartments have one of the most reliable staff. They do not hesitate to assist with any complaints. They are there to take care of anything that goes wrong with your apartment itself in a timely manner. They are friendly and the complex activities are a great way to meet your neighbors. It is kid friendly, yet safe. I most like that we can speak to the manager and maintenance person when we need.

I live in Kingsburg, Ca at the Kings Pointe apartments. All units have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The office manager Leticia has been professional, helpful, and attentive to any needs we've had since we've been there. The maintenance staff are quick at responding and efficient in all repairs that you may need. We had a disposal issue and when I called the office to report it I was not questioned on how it happened only told that they would take care of it the same day it was reported. It's a family atmosphere with two playgrounds and a pool. Also a private gym. The laundry room has 10 washers and 10 dryers and there's no need for quarters!! They have cards you can add money to. A much more convenient way to take care of laundry money. I recommend these apartments to anyone that has kids or pets or anyone for that matter! I have 2 kids and a cat and a dog. We love it.

Came here after our homes well ran dry and we had no water. From the moment we contacted kings pointe we were treated with respect and compassion. Neighbors are great property is clean well kept and safe

The location of the apartments is great, close enough to shopping center, the school bus stop is right in the front of the apartments. Easy access to the freeway, very convenient to live here!
