Mice infestation is completely out of control, minimal effort to fix anything correctly apartments look nothing like what are shown in the pictures (excuse to outdated apartments "when the Pandemic Happened..."), and leasing staff very dismissive and rude. No one stays here for long, people move put left and right. Not worth the money their asking for, fee for this, fee for that... Rent Fluctuates constantly! MORGAN Properties in General are Scoundrels.

As a 10+ year resident of Kings Court Manor Apartments, I've personally witnessed a concerning decline regarding living conditions since the departure of the previous property manager, Rosa. But the most pressing issue I must bring to your attention, is the server infestation of mice. Since the rehoming of my pet Lola, I'm faced with an alarming number of mice within my apartment (living in a building of 8 apartments). To date, I've caught and disposed of eight mice, varying in size and color - the situation seems to be escalating. While I appreciate the efforts made by the current property manager to address the issue, like sending to maintenance to set traps and sliding me on a slot of an exterminator who was already on the property exterminating mice in another building. Despite these efforts, I discovered a juvenile mouse running around the living room and my bread had AGAIN nibbled on during the night, since moving it from the pantry to the kitchen table. Regrettably, the response from the property manager has been less than satisfactory. Despite my pleas for effective action, I'm met with dismissive assertion of, "we've done all we can do." Such a response not only fails to acknowledge the severity of the situation, but it also disregards the health risk posed to my family and myself. It's disheartening to conclude that my only real resolution is to vacate my long-term residence - the mice won.

Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear about your concerns with our maintenance and pest control services, and we are concerned about your health and safety. We would be happy to speak with you about our ongoing efforts to resolve this matter as the Exterminators were at the apartment this past week for a second time. This is a matter that we want to have resolved.
I like the apartments but you can hear the people nextdoor and across the hall if they speak remotely loud, and the woman in the office (Karen) is awful. She has never spoken to me with any kindness or respect to the point I considered leaving.
