Whoever move to King George DO NOT get apt 407. I lived there for 4 years. It rains in one of the second bedroom windows when I call maintenance to fix it they just put alot of caulk on the spot. I got to the point where I just stop calling them to fix it. Have your own roach spray ready 'cause you will need it. When you decide to move out and give your 60 day notice make sure you do it through email so you can have proof 'cause when the new apt complex you're going to ask King George if you gave proper notice they will say NO. Also, if you have your own washing machine after each use turn the water off 'cause if you leave it on you will have a $400 water bill.

I moved here in January and I love it here so far! The staff has been very responsive to emails and my move-in went smoothly without a hitch. The apartment is great, the grounds are well maintained, and there's plenty of parking. Living here is a dream compared to the nightmare of living in my previous apartment!

Just overall unprofessional and don’t take care of their residents or their property. Trash all over because they don’t empty the cans in the community areas.
This apartment is above expectations and the staff here is phenomenal! Me and my fiancé only had a week to find a place to stay and when they were aware of that they made a way out of no possible way, and help us so much that we now have an apartment to call home. King George Apartments is Savannah, is my home away from home. Without them reaching out and going against all odds I would've been homeless to say the least! I look forward to every morning waking up in my spacious home it's beyond beautiful! Thank you so much, I can't express my gratitude enough.
These apartments are perfect for smaller families! It has a great layout, open feel and an amazing sun room to enjoy all year around. I particularly like the proximity to grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, shopping malls and to downtown. The apartments are close to major parkways that make getting around fast and easy. King George apartments are also the most affordable in the desirable Georgetown area.
We have new management that is doing a great job at cleaning up the area. The rent is great for the size apartment and the location is superb. I would recommend this complex to my friends. The only bad part about it is the few disrespectful neighbors, mostly young adults, that don;t understand the value of noise free times. Besides that I have no complaints.
A very spacious apartment for the price. One of the best space to price ratios you'll find in the area. You only have to deal with maintenance that takes forever. They are however updating the apartments systematically. 2 bedrooms(both good sizes ), 2 bathrooms(both have lots of space), open kitchen/living room /dining room /sunroom, and room for washer and dryer, Good amount of storage. Parking under buildings for each apartment. Great location to get on I95, 204, and Veterans Parkway to 516. Which gets you to all areas in and around Savannah in a timely fashion. This is my second time living in these apartments. I came back 2 years after leaving the first time. Fairly quiet.
