Well Enough I have been at Keystone Crossing since September 2017. This year I signed my lease in July. I receive a bill breakdown 2 weeks before the first of each month. This month they were going to charge me a month of the non lease price. I was not happy when i saw that. I had to wait till Monday to call them since i did not see the email till Friday night. When I call the office the nice young lady rhat answered was as surprised as I was. She did a fantastic job getting my rent amount fixed. I have never had any troubles having any issue I have fixed. Most times when I have a problem, someone is at my door first thing the following day. Thank you.

I love everything about this place. This place is great. It's clean, friendly and i feel at home. My neighbors are great, the staff is exceptional. I can me myself staying here for a very long time.

Why is the pool consistently under development? Why is the pool open and then closed and then open and then closed?? Close it or open it! It was a selling point and now its a leaving point with the inconsistencies! Especially, with triple digit weather today and no notice of availability!!

Maintenance I was extremely happy to get a new washing machine. I am still waiting to have my bathroom exhaust fan replaced. Also the laundry room door needs to be looked at because of the water damage at the bottom from the leaky washer washer, it might need to be replaced also. The toilet seat was also replaced but it is kind of a fragile replacement, I hope it doesn't break again. All in all I'm very happy with the time frame that it was looked at and repaired.

Ants and windows I haven’t seen any ants since they sprayed outside my windows. The windows problem can only be fixed by replacing them.

Rent I really like living in keystone apartments. They have a great dog park which is great for my two dogs. When I ask the front office to deal with something either changing my air filter on my air conditioning or talking to a neighbor that's not listening to the noise ordinance. They do so in a timely Manor.

Toilet issues First, the maintenance team is incredible! They genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the work they do. You don’t have to wait days or weeks for help! The team takes care of your home while doing the work! So nice to work with!!

Well Done I requested to be called to set up an appointment to get my refrigerator repaired. I sent in the request and the very next morning one of the office ladies called me and asked if i was ready to have my repair done. I said sure thing but i was 5 minutes away from my apartment. I came home right away and 5 minutes later the maintenance man was at my door. He had to replace a motor but had to go get the motor from the shop. It only took him a grand total of 45 minutes to finish the job. Thank you very much for the fast service and friendly manner of all involved.

Serious roach problem. Do NOT move here. Management does not seem to be adept at solving problems. Mediocre at best.
Everything in my apartment is seriously messed up. Dishwasher, stove, dryer, washer messed up, hole on floor( feel a dip when walking to bathroom) freezing outside and heater is rattling and no heat in back room or bathroom told them a week ago. Refrigerator leaks tons of water into the bottom , water rot under sink and cabinets broken. The balcony door leaks rust looking crap. I told them but due to Covid they only do “emergency “ repair. The people below me have 20 people running in an out all night. Thumping music at 1:30am. People beating on the window yelling. Them screaming outside. Told the office.. nothing done. Dogs barking at cars throughout the day and early morning.. even heard them passed 11pm asked the office to tell her to muzzle him since people now work from home due to Covid and kids sleeping.. nope this is a pet friendly apartment she said nothing they can do. Even though in contact your pet can’t be a bothering others. I’m sure if I broke my end of the contract they’d come after me. I regret doing a year lease. When it’s up I’m definitely moving. Use to be a decent place when I lived here years ago but not anymore.
I lived here in a studio with the intention of moving out after a few months, but plans changed so I’m staying for my entire 13 month lease. It isn’t bad. I think I got lucky with location, but I have had no problems with my time staying here. I had one problem with my smoke detector and it was fixed in two days. Pay your rent on time and be a good neighbor and there should be no problems here. My only complaint is about the person who lives above me and comes home from work to play music with lots of bass, but life’s not perfect so I live with it :) I don’t want to live here forever but I can’t complain.
I have lived in these apartments since 2011, since then I am now paying more for a studio apartment than I was for a one bedroom when I first moved in the matanince men left my door unlocked three times came home to a door wide open they cheaped out and won't replace lights around the grounds. It is almost 600 dollars for a studio apartment witch is just a glorified hotel room will a box unit under you window the two bedroom are decent living size with no cabinet space and the one bedroom have one perk and that's a large closet however they are almost 670 $ to rent 6 years ago I would have gave them 4 stars bit today they earned non cheap apartments for a high price and rude staff
A beautiful location between Fayetteville and Springdale. Management is terrific and the neighbors are friendly!
