Bad parking and no plan to fix it, and yet somehow towing is enforced.
The leasing agent “Reagan” was super-nice and helpful from start to present. Raegan is AWESOME!!!! I’m so glad I choose this property to call my home. I love my place it has met all my expectations. (I’m a very picky person) I look forward to the amenities being completed. Per management it’s going to be a stunner! If you’re looking for luxury living this is the home for you!!!!!
Loved everything when we first moved in due to how everything was new. However, the complex quickly gone downhill since, especially with new office staff. In the whole complex there are not enough spots per apartments and the management has done nothing and will not assign spots. Amenities were promised to us over a year ago and we still have none, the grills we do have don't even work. Everyone was given there lease renewal options however when new staff was brought in those numbers were no longer "valid" and we had to sign with higher prices if we were to renew. There is trash and bugs everywhere with the dumpster often overflowing as well. I hate to say it but since the leasing office staff changed they just simply cannot be bothered.
I've absolutely loved my time at Keystone at Horse Pen Creek! From the moment I toured the property, the front office staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They're always quick to answer questions and address any concerns with a smile. Beyond the friendly faces, the maintenance team is top-notch. Requests are handled efficiently and effectively, and I've been consistently impressed with the quality and timeliness of their work. I have been here just over a year and have yet to have a bad experience. Overall, Keystone offers a wonderful and welcoming environment. I highly recommend it!
I recently toured this apartment complex and was initially very impressed. The property was well-maintained, and the leasing agent Kelly who showed me around was friendly and informative. I was excited to potentially make this my new home and decided to submit an application. Unfortunately, my experience took a sharp turn for the worse once I did. The tour was fantastic. The leasing agent Kelly was attentive, answered all my questions, and the apartment itself seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. This made me feel confident about moving forward, so I submitted my application along with the required application fee online. Also dropped of my daughter’s fee in person to someone in the office. After I submitted my application, everything changed. Received an email, stating unsatisfactory or insufficient rental history. My current apartment is the only place I have ever rented, and have never been late on rental payments. I wanted clarification for this and of course suddenly, the management team that had been so eager to assist me during the tour became impossible to reach. I sent emails, but I received no response. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after such a positive start. I began to feel that my application fees had been pocketed. There was no communication about the status of my application, and the lack of transparency made me very uneasy. I never received a clear answer and given the unresponsiveness, I’m left to believe that my fee was taken without any intention of following through and also another apartment complex I applied to, brand new and also in the same price range, miraculously guess what..was approved.I would caution anyone considering this complex to be aware of their potentially shady practices and unresponsive management. What started as a great experience quickly turned sour, and I regret wasting my time and money here. Believe the one star ratings.
If you are considering these apartments, Kelly is your go-to person. She makes the process super simple. The campus is very clean and new.
Where do I even begin, I have been an established resident for over 60 days now and I cannot receive mail due to KeyStone (builder/owner) did not properly install the mailbox and instead decided to be cheap and install mailboxes in the breezeway of each building going against what USPS and the City of Greensboro permit state. So until they build a mailbox correctly I cannot get any mail which breaks federal law as an established resident. As an addition to issues of this complex, every time me and my kids walk out the door we are met with the smell of Marijuana and loud music being played throughout the day/night which is highly unacceptable. Property management does nothing about this issue and refuses to address the issues when met. When moving into this community I expected a nice family environment but I unfortunately have been met with more of a “college town” environment and it’s disheartening.
Contrary to the prior review, I haven't seen or overheard of any drug deals, yelling, our foul language during my time here. For the price, I think this place is a steal. Even as a younger & active person in the community, it's nice to see a variety of people here. Everyone I've met so far has been extremely pleasant, the staff is excellent, and the location couldn't be more convenient. 4 minutes away from the gym, 10 minutes away from Wendover, 10 minutes from the airport. I recommend this location to anyone really (unless you're a bitter person who likes to complain). The amenities are very nice & they're growing the area. The space in each floor plan is crazy, and everything feels luxurious (likely because of how new everything is). If you can, I would lock in before prices go up...
We have only lived in this community for 3 weeks now and are already having terrible experiences with the majority of the people moving in. Yelling, cussing, drug deals going on and the property is still being built! I would expect so much more especially for the area these are being built in.
