We have had some experiences living in several places here in the US, more specifically in Orlando. We have had exceptional service and we loved having chosen to live here. The infrastructure is excellent, the location is great, everything is always well maintained. We hope it continues like this, because choosing a maintenance team for a building complex like this requires qualified, meticulous and diligent professionals. We loved living here and we recommend it to anyone who wants to have an incredible experience to come and visit and apply to live here. You won't regret it.

The clubhouse is gorgeous and the pool is great but from there it all goes downhill. If you need anything, good luck- the team in the office only answers the phone about 25% of the time. They are terrible at communicating any inspections or maintenance and sometimes give no notice at all when entering the apartment. I had to get a ring doorbell just to watch them. It is apparent the upkeep of the buildings is not a priority; trash at some point leaked and was spilled in the hallways and has been there for months collecting dirt and bugs and is a huge eyesore. Paint peeling off the walls and now all of the balconies in the building are being closed for the next six months with one day notice due to the fact that they are collapsing. Building maintenance has not offered any storage solutions, but offered $50 a month off rent…which is not enough to rent a storage unit. The office team does not enforce any rules with the pool deck and there are often loud parties with glass bottles, smoking, and big speakers right outside my windows. I have complained multiple times with nothing done to address the issue. I didn’t want to spend the time or energy moving, which is why I haven’t but I will be now.

If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly advise against it. We went to tour the place as a potential resident, but were shocked to learn that residents are not allowed to use their balconies. This is a huge downside, especially when outdoor space is such a key factor in choosing an apartment. It feels misleading and disappointing, considering the balconies are clearly visible and you’d expect them to be functional. If outdoor access is important to you, this restriction is definitely something to keep in mind.

Not much positive other than slightly above average Orlando apartments. You will be comfortable and safe but definitely not the living they try to sell you on.

Over the past three years, the management has consistently failed to address the elevator issue, leaving it out of service for at least half of each year. Despite residents' complaints, the management neglects to take action and insists on full payment for subpar service. Cleaning is another topic I'd rather not delve into.

Don’t move here. The community looks beautiful and overall it’s not bad. However if something in the community breaks it will never be fixed or won’t be fixed for months.

Main Lock died three times. I had to stay in the hotel. Kestra will not refund. Unnecessary commenting The building is dirty, on one clean. Tray service is never on time. Elevator has not worked since Aug 28, 2022- Advice is not there to help. Very rude.

Muy groseros, sacaron excusas tras excusas para no aprobar el apartamento. Excusas disfrazadas de racismo porq se demostraba lo que piden y aun así no era suficiente. Kestra no es lo mismo de antes , con personal que en vez de darle la espalda , lo ayudaban a uno. Ahora si no les caes bien te sacan.
