Kensington is a great place to live in The Kensington is a great place to live in. The leasing office staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They do their best to assist and us renters. Special shout out to the maintenance lead who is always there to facilitate our request immediately. Vando is very knowledgable of his work. He always do his best to fix things with high standards. If we will be given another chance to live in Kensington, we will surely do so.

Maintenance Bando is aleays very professional and efficient. He completes everything in timely manner and very friendly and nice. Thank you and I appreciate all your hard work.

Living at the Kensington's The Kensington”s is a very lovely place to live enjoyed my time their 7yrs. Staff and maintenance totally awesome and very professional always lending a helping hand when needed always there to help make things easier to live there. Best choice to make when moving there. The very best of luxury living and accommodations provided throughout the years.. my best regards to staff and maintenance.

Vando with maintenance Vando was superb with the repairs he did for us. He took his time to make sure everything was done properly and with care. He fixed our laundry doors and replaced a broken doorknob, and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. He was respectful, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. We really appreciated the effort he put in—it made a big difference.

Great place. The direct office management, Yezeda, is outstanding. She is caring and worked well with us. Senior management was difficult. When there was mold in our apartment they did move us to another one. Then offered $1000 for our hardship. Small amount but they never followed through. Expensive tent.

Thermostat still is not operating correctly. Still notoperating well. No interaction with HVAC unit.

Non-responsive management Getting help is like pulling teeth, for example we have been asking to get the gutter fixed since we moved in. Inappropriately charged fees that they say they will refund but never do, fees related to renter insurance. Parking situation became a nightmare after moving in due to the construction workers occupying a huge section of the lot, resulting in scratches on my car due to large cars trying to squeeze into a limited number, compact spots. Management randomly accused my boyfriend of domestic violence against me when he went to the leasing office for an unrelated matter. Infuriating and false accusations. Consternation is highly disruptive for those working from home. Paint job they did was unbelievably sloppy looks awful, making throwing money away for rent that much more painful.

Ricky rocks We like The Kensington very much. Ricky the maintenance man not only is helpful but makes great burgers! Any issue he handles professionally! Kenai the manager is also very helpful.

Under new management that isn't honest when doing business. Pro tip to the new management, don't advertise a unit for a certain amount and then say all you have is a unit double the price. Also, showing up late to your own office and not showing up at all is extremely unprofessional and LAZY.

I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. Very beautiful scenery, clean, spacious and the management team are sooo sweet and professional to work with. They are very responsive, engaging and helpful. Anything you bring to their attention they address it immediately. I highly recommend living here, it makes you feel like home and you’re in a safe environment. Never had any problems here. Neighbors are very nice too and dog friendly. A running trail and park are walking distance. Safeway is across the street. There’s always parking available. Grass, gym, parking lots are always maintained. Kelly and Courtinie are just so sweet and good to work with. They make everything so easy! No need to look anywhere, this place is home! ... we had to leave due to personal issues, but nothing related to the Kensington. Sad to leave. Highly recommend!
