Kennard Senior Living is now leasing Studio and 1 Bedroom apartments to individuals over age 50 in the newly renovated complex formerly the location of Kennard Elementary School. All units are on first floor with inside hallways with 24 hour monitoring and secured doors at the entrances. Amenities include a Community Room with exercise equipment, large screen television, library, card tables, billiards and other games. Additionally, an onsite no cost laundry room, picnic tables, enclosed dog park and barbecue grill are provided for use by residents. On site salon with both men’s and women’s hair on Tuesdays and manicure and pedicure treatments on Wednesdays. A private family room with kitchenette is available to be reserved at no cost by residents for family, club and other gatherings. Inside storage units available at additional cost. All units are fully handicapped accessible. The Cafe is open Monday thru Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM with low cost meals. It is also open on Tuesday evenings during BINGO with pizza specialized. The Café is also open for family nights are every Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 9 PM for the entire community to come together - - - enclosed dog park, basketball, pool, air hockey, corn hole and euchre .
