Living at Kenect Nashville has been one of the best parts of my Vanderbilt experience. The sense of community here truly exceeded my expectations. The amenities are amazing—from the beautiful pool to the convenience of furnished units—but what really stood out were the weekly events. Tuesday breakfast, mimosa brunches, and so many other events with free food and drinks made it easy to meet people and feel at home. The team puts so much effort into creating a fun, welcoming environment, and it really shows. I’m incredibly grateful to have found this place—thank you, Kenect, for everything!

I absolutely love living in Kenect during the summer between semesters at Belmont. The amenities are beautiful, and the gym, coffee machines, and outdoor space are so convenient and helpful. The apartment itself is perfect for what I need as a young adult working in Nashville - the in-home washing machine is the best part! I also love all of the storage space, the bathroom is so clean and the shower is lovely. They really maximize the space in a very intuitive way.

I love the events that the building puts on, but the parking garage elevator areas on floors 3-5 really smell like trash. I think an air freshener in those areas would help dramatically.

The staff deserves a special shoutout—friendly, responsive, & genuinely invested in making sure residents feel welcome & cared for. From move-in to everyday questions, the team goes above & beyond. Location-wise, you can’t beat it. You’re within walking distance to great restaurants & live music, but the building still feels like a calm escape from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend!

I love this place! It’s quiet, clean, cooperative, and convenient. I live in a single studio and I did not expect it to be as big as it is. The appliances work perfectly and I’m mostly happy about the washer and dryer unit in the apartment itself.

Great events. Great people, supportive staff. A good student community and great amenities. The lockin policy could be better and resident friendly. But overall great community to live in and mingle.

Living at Kenect has been a great experience so far. The modern amenities, like the state-of-the-art gym and rooftop pool, are fantastic. Everyone very accommodating as I am new to Nashville here for job. Front desk staff helpful and even gave us a cart to move in. Clean apartment and responsive to only one issue of needing new ac filter.

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The building was calm and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and always eager to help, which made me feel welcome right from the start. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, and I appreciated the care that went into making sure every guest felt comfortable. The location was convenient, and I enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Units are lovely, it stays pretty quiet in the building, however concerts/shows in the summertime can be a little loud. EXCELLENT staff/team here, so friendly and helpful. Enjoying the new market/coffee shop down stairs, pool, co-working space, and views. Looking forward to the ramen shop opening.
