Our community is nestled away in a quiet, residential neighborhood but is also conveniently located just blocks away from Route I-81 and public transportation (there is a bus stop just across the street!). Fort Drum is 10-15 minutes from the property. We are even closer to Historic Watertown, which is minutes away and provides access to shopping, tours, whitewater rafting, walking trails, afternoon site-seeing and many quaint shops and eateries. Each of our units is flooded with natural light and boasts plenty of living and storage space, including an outdoor patio (ground units) or balcony (for 2nd floor units). Our community amenities include a basketball court, playground, picnic areas and a community room.

Georgia, the current property manager, has been nothing but helpful to my roommate and I. Any service requests we had have been answered promptly and taken care of in a very timely fashon. Rent is very fair, especially compared to other apartments in the area, and the community grounds are clean, quiet, and feel safe.
No lights in rooms No natural sunlight Unless they count you as a dishwasher there is none Can't keep a property manager Washers stain and destroy clothes Mold which they will spray and clean for it to keep coming back If looking for cheap this is the place to be
