Kedron Ridge consists of two buildings located on several acres of land adjacent to the Trent Shrontz Memorial Park and over looks the Indian River with direct access to the city ball parks. Olivet High School and Middle School are less than a block away. Water, sewer, trash removal, snow removal & lawn care included in rent. Carports are available on a first come basis and are a additional fee per month. Storage units available for rent for additional fee per month. This facility is a no smoking. We are Pet Friendly! Our Pet Policy Is: $200.00 Non Refundable Pet Deposit $25.00 a month per Cat - Limit 2 $50.00 a month per Dog - Limit 2
