My and my wife's expierence with Taylor has been amazing - she really helped us in kind of a stressful relocation situation - she has been kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable - she really made us feel comfortable and its an absolute pleasure working with her.
Super friendly staff that go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay there are many places to choose from but if looking for the Aloha spirit you will find it here
The location in Wailuku is incredibly convenient. I love being within walking distance to schools, parks, and a variety of stores. It makes daily errands and enjoying local spots so easy. The community feels welcoming and well-maintained.
I owned my home prior to moving into Kaulana Mahina and this is the first time that I have had to live in an apartment. For my first experience I have to say that it has been a good one. Considering all the other places that we looked into before moving Into Kaulana Mahina this has got to be the best. Although it's rather expensive I think you get what you pay for. The living area is very comfortable and convenient. I would recommend Kaulana Mahina to anyone.

Kaulana Mahina has set the bar for my first time moving. I cannot express how much the team has over exceeded my expectations. The grounds, my unit, the amenities all in one. It's the only apartment complex on Maui that charges monthly fees for ungated parking. Expect people to park in your paid spot occasionally.

Kaulana Mahina is a very.nice apartment complex with nice amenities for resident use like the pool and the gym. I just feel that there should be more security around the property so things don't get out hand in the long run
