The area is great the apartment is nice but they have a cockroach problem! At least the building I was in. It was a big disturbance for me but other than that overall it was a nice place to stay at.

Great location, because feels safe. Too many people smoking pot. Management doesn't enforce the community rules even though we all signed the lease to abide by them...

All good at Katahdin Woods! The property is being landscaped nicely and the trash is being removed on time. Maintenance continues to take great care of the property.

The rent is comparatively high, and I suggest reconsidering the pricing. Additionally, the management's responsiveness could be better, especially concerning maintenance requests. These changes would significantly enhance the overall tenant experience.

Living here has been a wonderful experience so far. It is located near the Hanscom AFB so you can hear the planes sometimes but otherwise the community is quiet.

This apartment located in good place and it is clean and well maintained but there is big issue related to noise sealing. I can hear and disturb with walking of my neighbors in upstairs and even my lamp light intensity change by walking my neighbor above my apartment. I am so disappointed about this issue.

I love living here. It's a wonderful community. Management is very attentive and kind. The location is great. I live very close to work so I don't have a long commute. The best part is that the grounds are kept in great condition. We don't have to worry about snow in the winter.

I like living here a lot! Good neighborhood, neighbors, amenities and maintenance. The recent smart home amenity is convenient. The location is convenient for me personally. All the appliances in my apartment were new when I moved in and I really liked that.

Living at Gables has been a good experience. I would recommend this community. Large nice space. Very safe feeling and environment is very homie, nice woods. Neighbours are friendly. Dago is very nice and supported me and help me solved any problems I had.

Great location. Close to 95 and the center. If you love walking, there are so many walking trails near by. Close to the grocery store and shopping.

I have had a great experience living at Katahdin Woods. The management is responsive, any maintenance request is taken care of right away. Great amenities and neighbors!

We are staying for the past year. The Management and maintenance team are great support so far. All the complaints/ issues are attended to right away. So far it has been a great experience.

3 stars for the location and community. Very nice residents. Great school zone with bus service in the apartment complex. Would have earned 5 stars if rent hike would have been more reasonable.

Just moved in, and the community manager made it a easy and pleasant experience. The few (very minor) issues were taken care. Looking forward to making the new apartment my home!

The management office is very professional. Dago is very helpful and reliable. The maintenance team is really good and prompt. The community is well taken care of and its starting to look beautiful when everything is starting to bloom.

Katahdin Woods is a great place to live, and we have very nice neighbors. Summertime by the pool is wonderful too! Our property manager works hard to make sure any problems are solved in a timely manner.

We love it here, Katahdin Woods is a great community, peaceful and quiet with great access to the main roads. We love living here, this is our home.

Living here at the Katahdin woods is such a nice thing. Everything is so easy, no need to worry about broken facilities or lawn mowing. No need to worry about snowing days or trash cleaning.

I run a group home for special needs and late in November, well after hours, there was no hot water. I had no way of knowing it was building wide. Maintenance was en-route before I actually got a call back. (That I'd like to see change). It turned out to be a much bigger issue than the maintenance team had hoped for and by the next day it was all set. I realize that is part of the job but I appreciate the after hours stuff more than can be said.

Beautiful apartment and great amenities! Any maintenance request are completed right away and the neighbors are friendly. Been here for a few months and loving my stay here. They’re also pet-friendly!

Great Managemet. Always on time when you need them for any repairs. The maintenance crew is great. Very professional and respectful. The Management i team is very understanding and empathize with their tenants

It’s a good place not many complaints good neighborhood nice people nice pool and playground. Grounds are maintained mediocre but would recommend to a friend.

Quiet community and wooded area almost on all sides. Preschool at walking distance and many companies nearby. Walking and biking area nearby.

We renewed our lease because of the quiet atmosphere here. We are next to the woods and there is no loud traffic driving by. It is peaceful and once in a while you can hear the owl in the woods!

I love living at Katahdin Woods. The apartment units as well as the property are beautiful and well maintained. Most of the neighbors are friendly. There are a lot of kids and dogs who live here. It’s a very convenient location, away from traffic but close to multiple highways. They do great with snow removal in the winter and landscaping the rest of the year. The amenities like the gym and pool are great, and few people use them regularly. Maintenance generally responds quickly to any issues. My only complaint is the wall to wall carpeting covering most of my unit. I have a child, a dog, and a cat, so having wall to wall carpeting throughout the unit is pretty much the bane of my existence. I have seen other units with flooring and I wish I could have the carpet switched out for that. I would also love it if they would add a fenced in dog play area so the dogs could run around off leash and play together.

Great front office and maintenance staff! Gym, pool, playground, trails for hiking. Centrally located to Hanscom AFB and only 20 min to downtown Boston. Loved being there for almost 2 years.

I've been here since 2010 and the property and staff has been really good to me. Sorry to have to leave this place.
