Great Management

I have lived at this complex for 4 years in two units, a one bedroom and a two bedroom, and I can say with the upmost confidence that it is the best complex in the area. The management is very responsive to complaints and requests, and as long as you adhere to the terms of your lease and keep them informed of any situation you may find yourself in, they are more than willing to help. I, myself, have come into some financial difficulties and they have been nothing but helpful. They even offered to help me find new employment. This property is not your run of the mill, corporate owned, kick you out for no reason place. Kamaru Court is privately owned, and has an onsite manager available 24/7. He is eccentric, but he keeps everything running. Each unit, from what I have seen and experienced, is renovated and updated after each tenant. They are inspected and treated by pest control throughout the year, and after each tenant moves out. You do get the odd crazy person every now and then, but this is Anchorage; that is going to happen no matter where you live. All in all, a great place to call home. --Current Tenant

Dope street rentals

20 people can Marlboro between you and your family van, but heaven forbid you back into a parking spot. People leave stolen vehicles, and steal vehicles, here. Bums stay at the park behind the building. They have a chicken as the manager, that gets drunk at 5pm sharp daily. Your car WILL get broken into here. All the cameras suck so no lisence plates or faces will be recorded if you need to call the cops to review them or report anything. The washers driers and dish washers are from the eighties and barely work. Roaches crawl out of the sewer, they spray pesticide and evict you if you dont let them poisin your house. People dont clean up after their dogs. Bums walk threw the property constantly, drug addicts use the parking lot to loiter and do drugs, thieves petrol for running vehicles in the morning n check if you left the door open, dispite the no trespassing signs. Wont put in privacy shade on the fence to indicate private property. The no trespassing signs are on the wrong side of the fence. Closest grocery store is full of disgusting people, need to drive further away to another store just to avoid. Im sure all the schools are terrible too, we take our kid to the other side of town. I really dont understand why anyone would want to live here, or why they refuse to make it safer for the 30 families.
