Positioned on the northern outskirts of the Miami metropolitan area, Jupiter enjoys a bit more breathing room than other south Florida communities. The local beaches are gorgeous, and numerous golf courses provide plenty of variety for even the most avid golfers.
In addition to the beach and the nearby golf courses, Jonathan Dickinson State Park sits directly north of Jupiter, offering a popular venue for hiking, camping, and canoeing. Baseball is big in Jupiter, with multiple major and minor league teams holding spring training in town every year. With terrific schools and one of the lowest crime rates in Florida, an apartment in Jupiter is an excellent place to raise a family.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Jupiter Cove
There is no view. You can not see boats going by unless it’s on a trailer. The police are constantly here. Maintenance is very poor. Way overpriced. The office is very slow with processing any sort of maintenance order. Took 6 months for them to show up and fix something that literally takes 30 minutes... Honestly, just ask any police officer what they think of the place and you’ll get the picture. Unfortunately, I asked after I had signed a year lease. Do yourself a favor and find a reasonably priced apartment or home elsewhere. P.S onsite laundry machines are a joke. They never work and management will not fix them or replace them despite multiple complaints.
This complex continually has several safety violations. Management makes exceptions to certain tenants, not treating everyone the same. They ignore complaints of mold, bugs, the gutters are never cleaned. They ignore reports of tenants committing section 8 fraud and other lease violations. The lightbulbs in the parking lot are rarely replaced, even after reporting it, and it is extremely dark and unsafe. The laundry room is always dirty and poorly maintained. The complex has changed management companies several times in the last few years. My rent, in 7 years, has gone up over $200 a month. The entire maintenance crew quit recently, and the new owners only care about money, not the tenants or upkeep of the property. They are not even accredited by the BBB. Considering it's Jupiter, it's nothing but a dump.
Jupiter Cove Apartments in beautiful seaside Jupiter, Florida, is the best modest living money can buy. Charming and cozy 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes priced fairly. Not only are the leasing prices are competitive, but the customer service is always welcoming and professional. The location of the apartment complex is located within walking distance from good restaurants, parks and shopping, a true gem. Happy I moved here.
Not only is the location of our apartment ideal, the view cannot be beat! We live between two bridges (and next to our iconic lighthouse) on the intracoastal waterway and it's as if I have a live show going on right outside my window everyday! Boats, kayaks, jet skis, paddleboarders and even an occasional 1000 ft barge with full grown trees floating by - all for our viewing pleasure! Within walking distance to the beach, dining and shopping, we also have our very own tiki bar (with gas grills) to enjoy! Despite original cabinets (which could stand to be upgraded), we wouldn't trade this view for anything!!!
