We toured many apartments before choosing Jules. The staff is very helpful and the building is well maintained. The amenities are exactly what we were looking for and I love that we are close to everything we need. Highly recommend.
Great location and building, but new management falls short of luxury standards. Frequent building-wide scolding emails create a negative atmosphere. Amenities like the coffee machine are often unavailable or delayed, despite being part of our high rent. Management's approach feels more directive than collaborative, diminishing the overall living experience. Hope to see improvements in service and community engagement.

I love the security, how the package room is designed to get my packages. I’ve used the doggy wash and it max high tech. Love to grill and st outside to play games and look at the mountains

Not much to complain about really...Dog park can get a little messy, but that's about it. Front office staff are always there to greet you with a friendly hello, and a smile, and are very attentive to the tenants needs. Great resident events, where all of the residence can get together, mingle, and have a good time. The maintenance staff is top notch, very helpful, and always friendly. If your looking for a nice, clean and safe place to live, then Jules is for you. Hands down, this is the best place I have ever lived!!!

This is the most expensive rental building in Downtown. Tenants joke about management grabs for dollar at the loss of empathy. Community events are meager and dogs are rampant.

I have been living at Jules on 3rd for more than a year. The apartment (I have a two-bedroom) is great. My wife and I left our house in the suburbs to move close to downtown, and it was the best decision we have made. I prefer our place at Jules to our old house by a mile. I don't use the pool as much as I would like to, but I am a regular at the gym. There is plenty of equipment to get a good workout, IMO. I love the kettlebells and the rope machine. I need to also mention the location. I live on the 2nd street side of the building. I can take the back elevator down. Then it is a very short walk to Winco or Whole Foods. Trader Joe's is just about three blocks West. And even the Boise Co-op is within walking or biking distance. I also love how close we are to restaurants, bars, and tap houses. Mother Earth is just downstairs. Boise Brewing is two blocks. Prost, a personal favorite, is about a ten-minute walk. The greenbelt is basically across the street. And from there the entire city opens up. I have a car but don't use it much. I guess I am saying that for me, Jules is a great place and a great place to get connected to Boise's excellent downtown living experience.

Feels like an elegant home. Great gym, beautiful cozy common room, free coffee, lots of natural lighting, new appliances, high ceilings. View of the foothills from my unit and from the common areas.
The best building in downtown Boise, bar none. It has great locations, amenities, and staff.
The pool is cold and often cloudy. The shared spaces aren’t regularly cleaned and some are downright filthy. The gym is nice.

Jules on 3rd is a great community to live. We love the amenities (Roof top pool, BBQ, Lounge and Gym). If you would like to experience hotel like stay in the heart of Boise downtown, look nowhere else! Management is very good and their responses are very quick. Jodi and Zac are great!
