Terrible management
Constant accusations of people visiting living in, corrupt practice of blatantly lieing and intimidation tactics to strong arm tenants, new landlords every few months, so constant rent hikes, dont let the new paint job fool you either, place is still a dump and dont get me started on the not up to code shakey elevator, the constant dead lights in the halls and there being no numbers on the apartments, not allowing people to even have there names on the mailboxes, etc etc can go on and on how god awful it is here.
