Property Ratings at JJN Properties at Polk Street
Managment team and owner are terrible and disgusting humans. In order to get anything fixed just skip wasting your time and go straight to calling codes. They won't fix anything they aren't forced to fix. When expressing how frustrated and let down I was with the money I am spending on a apartment that came with a long list of issues, and trying to express my frustrations by saying "Would you want to live with these issues?" Owner literally said "of course not my home is $300,000 I would never live in these conditions.... Overall, this apartment and the experiences I have had to go through while living here are nothing anyone deserves to deal with especially when forking over far too much money for something not even close to worth it even in perfect condition. Save yourself the money and time and find something better!
Don't bother wasting your money here. They look good at first glance but there are plenty of issues that come with these apartments. Moved in a few months ago and have had nothing but issues which seems to be the general consensus among my neighbors as well
Rented a two apartment and I love the balcony first off! The apt has new carpet and flooring. Also has new fridge and stove. Bedrooms are decent size and has space for table in kitchen. Good location and quiet so far.
I tried these apartments when I first moved to Syracuse and then 3 years later and each time the women in the office was highly disrespectful and rude. She acts like these apartments are luxury and the only ones in Syracuse.. they need training on proper customer service and on how to respond to people under stress. Disgusting attitude
no dogs. so that's a no go for me. And if they do raise the rent like the other people said. I've seen inside not really something to look forward to.
Do not rent from these people. They are unprofessional and rude. They never get the job done but manage to raise the rent. I had to call code enforcement to get a get their attention and long behold it's been 2 months and the problem is still not fixed. These people don't care about anything but money!! RUN RUN RUN!!!
