i just moved into the jewel apartments and love it already! everyone in the office is amazing - super friendly and helpful! <3
I have always done apartment living and not only is this the most gorgeous building I’ve ever lived in, but it was the easiest move-in process I’ve experienced. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and having all the apps accessible makes getting around that much easier.
To start the apartments are a great size and the value for dollar is great! Tons of nice amenities you will actually use. The front desk team is awesome at getting any maintenance requests fulfilled quickly. I would recommend!

Best apartments in the area! Close to the beach and tons of good restaurants! Walmart is down the street and Publix too! Great school district! Great staff and maintenance! I could go on for days about how much I love living here! If I could find something bad I would mention it here…. Also daily beer for residents and golf simulator included to boot! You’ve found your new home just sign the lease and call off the search already!!!
Moved in over a month ago and the amenities are amazing! It’s the first place I feel I had to use them because there so nice! Also Cam is Great!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation apartment! From the moment we walked in, we could tell this place was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. One of the highlights for us—especially Annemarie—was the cozy on-site coffee bar. It became our morning ritual to grab a cup of freshly brewed coffee before starting the day. The vibe was warm and welcoming. The lounge areas throughout the property were another big win. Whether we were reading a book, sipping wine in the evening, or just catching up after a long day exploring, there was always a quiet, stylish spot to unwind. Everything was thoughtfully decorated and super clean, with soft lighting and comfy seating that made us feel right at home. And of course, the pools—wow! There were multiple options to choose from, each more beautiful than the last. Whether you wanted to swim laps, cool off, or just soak in the sun poolside with a drink in hand, this place had you covered. Annemarie especially loved the infinity pool with views that made every sunset unforgettable. Overall, this apartment struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. It felt like a private resort with all the little extras that make a vacation special. Highly recommended—we’re already planning our return trip!
From day 1 of touring and inquiring about the Jewel I was amazed! They stand out from the other complexes in the area. This place truly feels like you’re living at the beach! Could not be happier with our decision to move here!

We’ve really enjoyed living at the Jewel. The gym is amazing and has everything we need. There are two pools that our son loves, and they’ve been perfect for family time. One of the coolest features is the golf simulator.. we especially love playing zombie dodgeball on it! The neighbors & management have been lovely, and it’s made the whole community feel even more welcoming. It’s been a fun and comfortable place to call home.
My experience at the jewel has been amazing so far! One of the best communities I’ve had the pleasure of living in. So happy to call this place home!

This place has everything! Like legit everything! Favorite thing to do is grill out by the pool and have the tv playing some country. Had my sister and her fiancé over from NJ, pretty sure they just listed their home.

I recently moved into this apartment and had an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. From the very beginning, the leasing staff was helpful, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. The application and approval process was straightforward, and move-in day went off without a hitch. When I arrived, the unit was spotless and exactly as described — clean carpets, freshly painted walls, and all appliances in great condition. The maintenance team even followed up to ensure everything was working properly. The community itself is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, with plenty of parking and beautiful landscaping. Neighbors have been friendly and respectful, and I already feel at home here. I'm also impressed with how responsive management has been, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, this has been one of the easiest and most enjoyable move-ins I've ever experienced, and I’m excited to call this place home!

Moving in here was such a breeze! I had a million questions for Kylie and she was so patient with me. The apartments are super nice and really quiet. I’m on the third floor and hardly ever hear any noise. I love everything about this apartment!
We have just moved in however the amenities are top tier. The fitness center, the lounge, and the pools are fantastic. It definitely fills like a resort. The other items in he lounge area like the package delivery, pool table area and the game room are a nice upgrade also.
I love love love The Jewel!!!! The staff is so honestly nice - from Grace to Rachel to Cameron to Kylie to Kenny, they are always readily available to help and assist all of us in anyway!!!! Common spaces are always readily cleaned and anytime you have a maintenance issue, they are so on top of fixing it for you!!!! If you are thinking about living here... do it!!!
I’ve lived in many different apartments but I have to say the jewel has thought of almost everything. From two different types of pools, an excellent gym, a dark park, and many other amenities. Another fabulous plus is the staff is amazing and easy to get ahold of!

Love it! I’ve stayed in a lot of terrible apartments but this feels like staying at a 5 star resort! It feels like a breathe of fresh air to find somewhere that feels like home and everyone is so welcoming and friendly!

5 — Best Move I’ve Ever Made! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew this complex was something special. The leasing team made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth and welcoming—they answered all my questions, followed up promptly, and even left a welcome gift in the apartment on move-in day! The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and exactly as pictured (maybe even better!). High ceilings, tons of natural light, and you can tell everything was thoughtfully designed. The neighbors I’ve met so far have been friendly, and the whole community has such a peaceful, inviting feel. The amenities? Next level. From the sparkling pool to the gym, clubhouse, and walking trails—everything is clean, beautifully maintained, and actually functional, not just for show. Even the parking situation is well organized (which is rare these days). This place truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re on the fence about moving in—do it. You won’t regret it.
