5 — Best Move I’ve Ever Made! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew this complex was something special. The leasing team made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth and welcoming—they answered all my questions, followed up promptly, and even left a welcome gift in the apartment on move-in day! The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and exactly as pictured (maybe even better!). High ceilings, tons of natural light, and you can tell everything was thoughtfully designed. The neighbors I’ve met so far have been friendly, and the whole community has such a peaceful, inviting feel. The amenities? Next level. From the sparkling pool to the gym, clubhouse, and walking trails—everything is clean, beautifully maintained, and actually functional, not just for show. Even the parking situation is well organized (which is rare these days). This place truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re on the fence about moving in—do it. You won’t regret it.
The staff are top notch. They respond quickly and thoroughly. The amenities are outstanding. There were no other developments anywhere near that had amenities to compare. It is well managed, very clean.
The Jewel is a beautiful place! So clean everyone in the leasing office are all so friendly and always ready to help! The amenities are wonderful and so convenient! We love the Jewel!

This location is quiet, in the forest and away from the hustle and bustle of the 30A Watersound area. The front office and the maintenance crew are all super nice people. The amenities make it feel like you are living in a resort.
Can’t wait for the dog park to open. The Golf SIM is my go 2 place. The pool hall is amazing and is always kept so neat and clean. My friends are jealous of my new home!
Jewel has a reat community feel! The staff is very helpful and we just love Kylie. The coffee machine and golf simulator are a big hit and we are enjoying the pool environment and workout center, too. It is so nice to see the staff keeping the property neat, tidy, and clean.
the amenities are amazing, the environment is peaceful and makes every day feel like paradise and the staff is the most welcoming! the maintenance team has been a helping hand for any and everything needed, everyone is so friendly in this community and i think that’s what makes this place so special
Leasing process was easy and I appreciate Cameron’s communication during it. Benny has been super friendly, personable & prompt. Brock handled our water issue with great communication & apologies. On top of that, the community is absolutely gorgeous!

Everyday is great here! Beautiful, clean, awesome amenities and a friendly staff. I have used the gift wrap area, tried the gaming simulator and really appreciate the coffee area, especially when I have to go to work super early. Thank you!
Very clean and up kept. Lots of amenities available at your convenience no matter the time of day. The elevators allowed a smooth and easy move for floors off the ground. Great experience so far.

The Jewel is a great apartment. They have amazing staff, and the amenities are top notch. So far, the “apartment” noise is minimal, which is great! The two pools is nice. We can’t wait for the dog park to open.
everyone involved has been great and super helpful with any issues. from the initial walk through to everyday questions and concerns, the staff is always willing and able to help.
The managers have been so helpful and the move in deals were great. We are happy to be apart of this beautiful community. I can’t wait to see what the community looks like after the construction is done.
