We provide fully-functional kitchens containing full-sized kitchen appliances including dishwashers and micro-waves along with pots, pans & dishes for you prepare a gourmet meal or enjoy a midnight snack. A security deposit of $500.00 is required on all rentals and is returned with a 30-day notice of ending your stay. Cancellations within two weeks of scheduled arrival will result in a $300.00 charge.
