Property Ratings at Jefferson Place Apartments
I have been living here for three years now and I love it! My apartment is beautiful with a variety of great features. All the amenities have been wonderful. Pool/ outside area, clubhouse and gym are great to have. Always kept clean & up to date. Maintenance & Management are great and responsive. If you place a request for maintenance they will usually come within the same day. Personally, I don't agree with the reviews about noise level. I have lived in other nice apartments where the noise level was much worse and the walls were much thinner. If noise bothers you, a good sound machine always did the trick. People/ animals are "living" and noise is to be expected, especially in apartments. Now, I can understand if people are partying/ yelling/ blasting music at all hours of the day/night but I have not encountered that while living here, the range is mostly professionals and families. Keep in mind though that these are pet friendly apartments and animals do live here if noise from animals are a big factor then consider living in an animal free apartment complex. You could also get an apartment on the top level floor (if not available then wait) if you're concerned about the noise from people above you. If noise is still an issue then maybe apartment living is not for you. I have been really happy living here, it's super safe which will always be a top priority of mine. After three years of living here I continue to give Jefferson Place Apartments five stars.

We live in a 2 bed/2 bath with a den and it's been the perfect space. I've also really enjoyed having the gym and pool be so close! But our favorite part as been the maintenance staff lead by Dan. In my experience with other apartment communities, that can be the hardest part re: getting help quickly and from someone nice/knows what they're doing. We joke that even though we have to move out in a couple months to a townhome, we wish we could bring Dan with us! The only downfall really is similar to what another reviewer said about the thin walls - the neighbor above us is extremely loud and stomps (maybe there's a little one or a dog that does laps in the apartment?) but it's loud at all times of the day. But if that's the only downfall, we're in a good spot!
Just ok. Appears to be ok at first. Then inconsiderate neighbors make life miserable. Management is of no help. Trash in walkways,pet waste everywhere and rules are not enforced

horrible don’t live here. Noise level is intolerable due to paper thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors. We are constantly abruptly awaken by our rowdy neighbors in the middle of night. Also don't be fooled by the "luxury apartments" these apartments seem to be cheaply built with fixtures/appliances constantly breaking down. There is trash and dog poop scatter all over the grounds. Management would rather deflect then do their jobs and enforce their leasing agreements. Oh and there’s a 24hr emergency maintenance phone number that isn't even in service! Do yourself a huge favor and find somewhere else to live

Jefferson Place is a wonderful property. It is safe and the apartments are beautiful. We have lived here more than two years and have no plans on ever leaving. Love working with Carmen! She is friendly and so very helpful. It's alway great to see her smiling face when we stop by the club house.

Apartment and facility were generally nice, and management was pleasant and personable when first moved in. That changed with time, and management became very transactional, and was more focused on collecting additional fees or increasing rent when they ever they could rather than keeping longer term tenants. Left apartment in immaculate condition, yet they still found ways to charge and collect extra fees (beacuse they could). Expect the same.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and will say I have been very impressed. It is kept pristine year round, maintenance checks are scheduled routinely, and maintenance requests ( light bulb changes etc) are handled promptly. My neighbors are quiet and respectful and the staff is amazing. I had actually planned on renting a cheaper older apartment but moved out after 3 mins (long story). Luckily, there was a top floor apartment with an amazing view available. I moved in immediately. Stefan was especially gracious and kind, ensuring that the move-in process was seamless. The entire staff here, Stefan, Shauna and Melissa (the property managers) are very nice and very professional. Great place to live, I have zero complaints. Ndidi
Bainbridge Jefferson Place is THE definition of luxury apartment homes! I visited 11 apartment communities in Frederick, MD during my search for the perfect fit. Five of those were "luxury apartments." When I first visited, I fell in love with the community. The amenities are extensive. The location is safe and convenient. All of my friends and family who have visited were impressed by the style and layout of the apartment. It really is possible to have an apartment that you never get tired of coming home to! The staff at the leasing office are so friendly and helpful! We mostly worked with Steve. He is genuinely interested in getting to know the people that come into the community! I highly recommend Bainbridge Jefferson Place to anyone looking for a stylish apartment to call home!
