Property Ratings at Jefferson Park
I like my apartment overall it is spacious and meets my needs. Neighbors in my space are quiet. Overall the complex is okay. The pool seems to be down alot in the summer. Every summer for the last few years and slowly the gym has gotten less and less equipment and no updates. The price continues to go up but the amenities dwindle.
Management has been a great improvement especially in alert notifications re office hours, ground maintenance re winter weather alerts and meet-and-greet events.
Not a good place, management has changed several times, they get worse and worse. Snow removal/salt was God awful during the big snowfall. This is just not a good professional place to live.
I love living here , I’m comfortable and it’s quiet, the turn over of management is not great, not being able to pay rent online is difficult, but otherwise living here is great
Very convenient apartment. I have lived here since I think March 2024. When I moved into the apartment, I notified the office of a broken window. After going through four sets of managers or whatever they were, I still had that broken until November. I inquired about my lease on December 16th and was told I had to wait until the first of the year to get information on it. The prices of the apartments are rising, but quality is not getting better, which makes it difficult to want to stay.
As a resident of 5 years, I can honestly say this place has gone down hill in terms of quality. No one seems to follow clearly set rules in regards to their pets and makes it increasingly difficult to simply walk around outside without running into a dog off the leash or worse, stepping in dog poop on the SIDEWALK! It doesn't help that the management is aware of the issue and hasn't done anything to correct it!
We love the room. The trail near by is great. The parking lot is very accessible. Only problem is the thin walls. Noise passes right through them. Not too big of a deal.
We both love the apartment, it’s really nice and feels like a home already after two days. We love all the appliances and our dog loves the park and everybody is nice there and sweet and friendly
They made my transition smooth. If I have any questions the people that work here are so willing to help with whatever I need or have questions for. They are also super nice.
Jordan was so very nice, pleasant, helpful, and caring i’m super excited my dog is very very very happy about the dog park. Very quiet my first day here very nice neighbors are friendly, but most importantly Jordan did her job.
Communication was a little slow, and I sent in a maintenance request three days ago for issues noted when we first moved in and have not heard anything back.
the apartment is nice, but honestly it would be even better with an AC or ceiling fan in the bedroom. and there’s a wasp nest next to my door… uh oh!
I love it. I love the people in the office. They all helped us get this apartment. The price is a little high but it comes with so many good things that the price is worth it! It is quit and the people who live here are nice. There is a pool, workout room and a lounge! Also there is a laundry room super close.
Pretty good place to live. Except for the small refrigerator, and a couple of disrespectful neighbors, it's been the best place we have ever lived.
My fiancé and I just moved in and are loving it ! My dog is more active than ever and everyone here seems to mind their business! So happy to be somewhere that we moved in and feel at home
I love that my bigger size dogs can stay here. Online payment for rent makes it easier to pay rent. Renewed my lease with extreme ease. All in all good
Love this place! It's a quiet community close to everything but in no way affected by the busy parts of Liberty's shopping area. Common areas are maintained well. And the trees, lawns, and nature trail really make this property beautiful!
The move in was quick and the ladies in the leasing office are so nice. My new apartment is cute and clean. The appliances are new and I couldn't complain about anything...
The office staff is very friendly and nice. Maintenance requests are taken care of almost immediately. Love this community. Lost a star because USPS refuses to deliver packages here.
so far so good, super quiet neighborhood. i like how close the laundry is and then gym is nice. found out an only friend of mine lives just above me which is nice
Pretty good place to live. Still having a problem with the fridge staying shut, but we just slam or kick it shut now. Wish there was a few more things in the weight room to workout with, and the treadmill closest to the door keeps breaking down. Other than that, as I said at the start, it's a pretty good place to live.
Very nice and friendly staff Cedric is very awesome maintenance man and they painted the outside very nice! And professional have a very nice dog park and nature trail I and my wife are happy with everything these people have to offer!!

The community is super nice here and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. My apartment is very nice as well, and I couldn't have asked for a better place. I moved from Texas and if you know how the renting process is then you know it was difficult to find a place. Thankfully, the landlord was kind enough to give us a chance.

Been here for 3 months now and we love the jefferson park community. Great neighbors, lovely courtyard and so quiet. Management is wonderful to work with and they show they care. When I need maintenance to help they are here quickly and the problem gets fixed. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

For the most part it’s been amazing. The lease guy though did lie about the appliances. He told us we would have upgraded appliances, they’re from the 80s or 90s.

it's Been about 2 months since my boyfriend and I moved to Jefferson Park Apartments. No complaints here. We enjoy these nice apartments and our neighborhood. Parking is a breeze and everyone is really friendly. 5 out of 5.

I have moved out, THANK GOD!!! First I was told water was "included in the rent bill" which means they charge you a ridiculous amount and apply it too your rent. (Over $100 a month) They don't fix things that need to be fixed. There are at least $40 a month extra charges (pest control, sur-charges etc.) Then on move out they tell me $150 of my $200 deposit is admin fees.... AVOID THIS APARTMENT
