Unreliable Office Management
I made an appointment to tour on for 9am. I showed up 10 minutes early and they had a sign on the door saying they were doing inspections. I waited for 20 minutes after calling the office to see if they would ever give me a call or show up. It is now 1pm and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I don’t want to rent somewhere so unreliable.

They don’t answer the phone
I’ve called this complex so many times. No answer, finally decided to go over there. Files stacked to the top of the ceilings. Lady tells me she has an available apartment but could not view it at the time. Gives me a packet. Takes my info I call back 5 days laters m. She denies ever talking to me.. I guess it’s hard to remember when the files are stacked to the ceiling. The outside grounds were clean if that’s helps any

I think it too many apartment so they can use to get more people to keep them up I haven't had any problem after a year nothing big but the little things they took a long time to get back to me

Maitance don't come and the rent continue to go up. No oven for a year, no dishwasher for 2 years. No hot water after 5 minutes. The good thing is the size and location.
