I have have no opinion as yet because we’ve only been here a little over a month plus but so far so good ??
The management of this apartment complex is excellent.
The community is beautiful! I feel as if I’m on vacation, but at home. The residents and staff are all very friendly and the apartment is beautiful and feels like home. So grateful to live here!
My family and I are extremely fortunate and thankful for being able to become residents. The staff, facilities, amenities and culture are all top notch!
Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with my move in process and have enjoyed my first month here at Jefferson Avena.
The Jefferson Avena apartments are luxurious. Still under construction (so expect some noise) but the units are beautiful and modern. The management staff is friendly and approachable. The clubhouse is beautiful and relaxing with the ability to make your own coffee at no additional cost. The only thing I wish I knew prior to renting is that there is hardly anywhere for visitors to park. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience here so far.
Jefferson Avena is an amazing place to live. The apartments are so beautiful and spacious with updated appliances, flooring , and cabinets. The staff is so awesome they are always willing to help and support you along with the Maintenance team. The complex is new and fully equipped with all your living needs. I’m soooo happy here!
I am very pleased and proud to say that I live here at Jefferson Avena Apartments. Not only is the staff great, but this property is beautiful. The pool is so inviting and relaxing, the clubhouse is so cozy and feels like an extension to our home. Everyone around us have been so kind and friendly as well. I absolutely love the layout we chose and the location.
Moving into Jefferson avena was amazing. The process and the staff are great.
