Jasontown Apartments

The complex is so quiet, clean, bright, and the maintenance staff is very efficient, especially Hector, who I called for a plumbing issue and within minutes he came and solved the issue. He’s always nice and willing to help with anything. This is my second year and I’m very happy with the overall experience.

Hector and team are very cordial and attentive to any issues. I am so grateful that I can count on such a friendly and helpful team. Thank you for making Jasontown an excellent community to be a part of!

Our kitchen sink clogged and Hector came to fix it. He is real nice, he brought everything to fix the issue. He made sure there is minimal mess and whatever little unavoidable mess was created he cleaned it up as well.

I've been living in Jasontown for almost two years and regretted renewing my lease. While the rent is reasonably priced and the increase has been minimal, the experience has been less than ideal. The leasing office staff and some of the long-term tenants contribute to a challenging living environment, often showing favoritism and lodging frivolous complaints. Additionally, there are issues with pests and geese; some residents feed the geese, leading to unsanitary conditions. If you're considering moving here for the affordable rent, be prepared to navigate these drawbacks.

I lived here for 9 years. It's gotten worse over the years. My apartment is falling apart since the first year because they did a quick fix on everything. I've also dealt with mice and huge water bugs that look like roaches. Now they are raising my rent over $100 a month. Pet fee was $25 but its now $60. Old tenants should not have to pay that. Nor should small dogs and big dogs cost the same. Walls are thin where you can hear your neighbors.. I would suggest look somewhere else. The superintendents are great. Miguel and Hector are friendly and always get any repairs done that are needed.

They are very quick in responding to maintenance services. The maintenance crew are very friendly and reliable. I love it here.

They are quick to respond to any repair requests. Hector did a phenomenal job repairing our bathroom. He always goes above and beyond from changing our lightbulbs to touching up our space with a fresh coat of paint. A++ service!

Takes high priority to fix the issues. Great team that supports the community.

Actual apartment and picture they are showing here is completely different. In winter it is very cold inside room and am living here since 2+ years now but every year multiple times I faced problem of mices.. though they come to help us but no change, am living here because i dont have other options presently but if you are looking new apartment then i recommend dont try here unless you are fine with mices or cockroaches.

Jasontown apartments is a beautiful community however within the past few months there has been a horrible mouse infestation. I've been living here for 5 years and have never seen anything of this magnitude ever. When we put mouse traps down at night, the most we've ever caught was 12. And this is still an ongoing issue. I honestly no longer can live like this.

The supers Miguel ,Gio ,and Hector are very helpful. They are always there to assist in there duty as well as help with extra stuff that they are not required to do . They really treat the residents here like family not just than tenants. JasonTown1 is a great place that I would recommend to friends it is also very affordable.

Ive lived here for 3 years and never had a problem. Gio and Miguel are amazing. I needed some repairs and repainting done in my apartment and they came within the day and got it done. They are very friendly and answer/assist with anything I need.

I moved into Jasontown about a year ago and didn't know what to expect. The leasing office was very helpful with the process and always available to help with any situation. The Maintenance crew is 5 star service, Gio is one of a kind he will do what needs to get the job done. My neighbors are a gem also. Great place to live!!

Went to see an apartment and was completely shocked to see a rundown building with an even more poorly kept apartment. Yes, they repaint some areas but that is all. Just paint over any blemishes. Floors are uneven and creaky, and there were gaps in between the trim and floor (this can allow for insects to come in). This place is VERY dated and I have no idea where these photos were taken but it is NOT the apartments they have.

Visited several complexes in the area. Decided on Jason Town as it was clean and affordable. The leasing agent Anna was professional and very helpful explaining everything.

Moving in was quick and easy. Anna the leasing agent was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and needs!

Do not move here! Like others have said, noisy, poor mgmt., roaches, unsafe, and did I mention noisy.

If you want peace and quiet, this place is NOT for you. None of the rules they list in the lease are implemented. One pet policy is not enforced, top floor tenants are asked to cover floors to minimize noise, NOT enforced at all. After living here for two years, I was very happy to move out to a near by apartment complex. There are many in the area, avoid this place. NOISY! And mgmt does very little to assist you with noise levels, even after numerous complaints, mgmt has done nothing and the noise continued. Avoid avoid avoid!

No control over noise what so ever. I called mgmt multiple times, they take my notes and God only knows what they do with it. Only one dog is allowed according to policy meanwhile there are plenty of people with 2/3 dogs. Noise never stops, hard to get a good night sleep. Mgmt also doesn't really seem to care. Getting things fixed takes days, sometimes it take multiple calls. Avoid this place, there are many other rentals not too far from here and on the bus route to NYC. Stay away from Jasontown.

I had to move recently because of covid 19 and job opportunity but I enjoyed my time there. The management team (Gio, Freddy, Richard, Pete and Anna) were very friendly and always helped out when needed. The only issue I had was the response times when opening tickets. I feel they are overworked sometimes and require more staff members. Other than that it was great. They also work with Carol apartments in hackensack NJ.

Im gonna keep it simple -management SUCKS -noisy neighbors -trash area is always filthy -maintence workers suck and lie often. -crime happens every month. Shooting, robbery, car break ins, ect. They still dont have security cameras. -pool never clean -they tell you you cant bbq but the workers who live there do anyways. -hard to find parking after 8pm -rent is super high and gets raised $100 every year. -Again Management sucks. You will get charged $400 after moving out because everything is "pro-rated" even though nothing is used. 3 people moved out of our building within a month. Our next door neighbor has mold and management refuses to fix it so they're leaving too.

Management is unreasonable... the workers are awesome but never call the office!

I do not recommend this apartment complex. Poor customer service and property management! I found out how untrustworthy and unprofessional they were when they reneged on refunding me $150 that I was eligible to receive after I moved out. I was given the run-around and at times ignored for 8-months as I tried to pursue what I was entitled to receive. Valuing customers and treating them fairly would do wonders in improving your reputation.

Noisy neighbors and terrible parking... not worth it to live here

I just moved in with my boyfriend to a 1 bedroom apartment here. The apartment looked great as promised! It was super clean with shiny wood floors and ready for us to move in! Everything was possible with the help of Anna, the leasing agent. She is great at her job, replies texts right away, and really cares for the tenants. Also, she is fun to have around! We are very happy so far.

I have rented from many apartment complexes and Jasontown Apartments is by far the best one. Anna is such a wonderful woman and will go out of her way to make sure you get what you want. I have just finished a year here and I am happily resigning for another year.

She is dedicated, personable, and engaged in providing the best possible solution to your request.
