Jamestowne Apartments

Roaches are all over my kitchen. My neighbors also have roaches so the whole row needs fumigation but management refuses to do anything but spray.

Let this be a warning to you. STAY AWAY !! Management isn't good, there's a terrible mice infestation and nothing EVER GETS FIXED PROPERLY!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone live here. Ever. I’ve had issues from day one. Mice, roaches, bats in the walls. Poor air circulation. I cannot wait to move from this place and never look back. They are literally renovating each apartment with cheap materials, covering up things that need to be fixed or replaced and raising the rent extremely high! This place is not worth your comfortable eta or sanity.

I am typically not a review writing type person but I feel this guy earned a little of my time to honor him publicly. So I am in the market looking for a new place to call home. I googled this place then decided to take a drive out to look at the area. While there I decided to go in to the office, everyone acted liked they didn't see me. Not even one acknowledgement. This one guy with an infectious smile noticed and acknowledged me. He was nice and pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the complex, units, and the area. I went to several this day but this guy was the best and made me feel welcomed and I am not even a tenant. Way to Go Keith! Wish I had I business, I would offer you C.S Manager..

The unit is very spacious and the rooms are great size. I were able to get my King size furniture into my unit and still have more space. There’s a lot of closet and storage room as well. Mrs. Lisa has been working really hard to change somethings around. She’s great when it comes to getting maintenance done in the unit as well. I explained everything that was going on and she had everything completed ASAP! Great place to live and the rent is super reasonable for the amount of space you get!

This is one of the last places anyone should resort. First night I moved in I heard mice running through my bags on the floor, my ac was broke for about 3 weeks, they didn’t replace anything the toilet has dirt and stuck mold, the oven buttons barely work, someone lives UNDER me so my house now has roaches it’s so much more I can say but I’ll leave it at that.

MICE. EVERYWHERE. CALLED several times about the mice infestation and IF they send anyone out all they do is lay down sticky traps. And they don't even catch anything yet there are probably HUNDREDS of droppings everywhere when you wake up - that's if you even slept, because you can hear the mice scurrying IN THE WALLS and IN THE CEILING. And the property manager - tons of attitude, will lie straight to your face. This place needs to be completely rebuilt.

You pay rent the mice don’t they eat your food no matter where you put it and let’s not forget if you get a with a locking lid they will get in there as well. The maintenance team suck the office staff is a joke and they can keep their exterminator. I will be out of here real soon and no I don’t want to call and talk about it I’m pass that point

The Day my léase Ends will be the happiest day in my life!!! Even if you get an upgraded apartment know that the walls are like paper, the MICE are permanent residents, the trash piles up HIGH and the management could do better! The appliances don’t work, there are critters (big bugs) all over (even if you clean a lot), and did I mention the MICE! These buildings are infested!!! I wish I could post pictures so you could see- it is disgusting. And Management, please don’t ask me to call to talk or say sorry about our experience - because nothing will change! The mice will still run rampant and the townhouse will still be a patched up raggedy dump! Save yourself the misery! This is not worth the money! I am so disappointed! I can’t wait to move! If I could give zero stars, I would.

I am still trying to figure out where this place they show in the pictures is! Kitchens are horribly dated- appliances don't work, rodents and centipedes, and the noise level is ridiculous! You can hear your neighbor's conversations. Management is slow to respond to needs and their follow up is terrible. Keep looking!

I have friends and family who currently reside at Jamestowne. I went in for a tour with Freshi'ya and I LOVE how honest and AMAZING she was! She took the time to find out what it is that I Iike and that makes SUCH a difference. I have been to so many other communities and they want to push you into what they have available, but at Jamestowne they want to give you EXACTLY what you are looking for. It's the little things that make all the difference. So I want to acknowledge Freshi'ya for going a step above the call of duty and CARING!!!! I also want to acknowledge the community for its turn around! I have heard NOTHING but GREATNESS about Jamestowne within the past few months. Definitely going to make this my new home!

Do not rent here. There are so many bad things about this place. The employees there are rude and lie just to get you in. They make up there own rules just to get you. Don’t let them get you sucked in to this place. They say one thing and then they change it up on you.

This place is infested with mice they have pest control but all they do is put down pads if u clean your kitchen at night you will wake up to mouse droppings everywhere in the morning. The maintenance never really completes job after taking forever to get started just don't waste your time you will be highly disappointed

Don’t waste your time trying to rent here unless you like fixing your own problem. Maintenance never fixes the issues or if they do it’s broke again by the next week. My ac has been broke some may and no one has come out to fix it or return any of my calls.

Rats, mice, garbage. If we had the money for a lawyer, we would take this company to court over the horrible conditions they leave their tenants in. There is no grounds keeping of any kind, trash just blows around, including disease spreading diapers. Maintence and management will not complete the work they started or return any phone calls. The ads lie as they do not have any laundry facilities. If you cherish your sanity and health, you will avoid this place like the plague.

When I first showed interest in moving into Jamestowne, the young ladies at the leasing office were very professional and helpful. I was told that the 2 bedroom townhouse would not be available to see until 2 days before the move in date that I actually wanted(big mistake). When I finally got to look at the actual house(not the model) there were so many issues. The sink in my half bath didn't work, the toilet in the half bath would constantly run water, the kitchen sink had NO hot water, the upstairs sink clogged... and not to mention the kitchen is ANCIENT! Mixed matched colored appliances, the oven is SEPARATE from the stove and there isn't a light/fan over the stove. I've been living here for almost 2 months now and my stove constantly stops lighting and my half bath toilet constantly runs water in the tank(can affect my water bill!). After 3 weeks of living here, I had my first encounter with the pests that are here, mice ate through all of the dried food in my cabinets I had to throw anything that wasn't in a can away! Maintainence responds to request when they feel like it, I always see several of them on the property, but I've had requests for my stove and toilet to be fixed for weeks now. Extermination is weekly(upon request), however, lastnight I seen a field mouse jump up into the box spring under one of my beds and I had to jump on the bed until the mouse ran out. Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with theses living conditions and with maintenances untimely responses to my requests. I have never EVER had to deal with mice eating thought dried food nor getting on my furniture! There are so many other complaints I can list as far as neighbors, laundry facilities, ect... but it would take me forever to list all of the things that make this place uncomfortable.Please do not make the mistake I made, THIS IS NOT SOMEWHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE, no matter how affordable the rent is. ZERO STARS.
