Jamestown Village Apartments

Complex is in a residential neighborhood and not on a busy, high-traffic street, quiet, especially compared to a lot of places these days. Property maintenance is excellent, also the groundskeeping and winter snow-clearing, top-notch. Management has been here for many, many years and you won't find any better!

The property is very quiet - at the end of a residential street, the neighbors are quiet and for the most part, respectful of space. The winter maintenance is wonderful. The parking lot is plowed and sidewalks are cleared by the next morning. NACL is used to keep the ice accumulation down. The property manager knows everyone and is very personable. If you call with a question, comment, or complaint, she is on it quick and has it addressed. The lower units can hear their upper neighbors due to the construction of the buildings. Most upper neighbors are aware of the nature of the buildings and keep it down during sleeping hours. The back to back units have better blocked sound transference - none. You get one labeled parking spot per unit and there is extra parking scattered through out so you can park a second vehicle close to your unit. There is a storage unit available for each apartment in the basement. Laundry facilities are also located in the basement of each building - so 8 units share one laundry. The public areas are kept tidy and swept. I have been here three months and have had no problems!
