I can’t say enough about living here. From the office staff Courtney(Manager)Kathy, Karen, Nancy and Andrea. Very professional and friendly. Maintenance is also great from Andy (Manager), Chris, Justin and Chad. When you call the office they tend to any needs that you have promptly. The grounds are beautiful, the pool and the fitness center are well maintained. They throw many parties through out the year in the clubhouse which also is beautiful. The neighbors are great. We intended on leaving here after a year of selling our home in 2014. Here it is 2019 and we signed another lease with no plans of leaving anytime soon.

Apartments are very big. Absolutely loved my garage this winter. Didn’t have to clean my car off once!!!! Staff is nice. Had a few issues at move in but nothing major and they took care of everything right away. Apartment was clean and what I expected.

The windows are all blown out. It's noisy, expensive and run down. Ask them to see the appliances and electric bills before you sign on.

Been here going on 3 yrs. We love living here. The apartments are big and very convenient with the washer and dryer room just off the living room. The attached garage is very nice to have. Nice professional staff in the office and a quick response maintenance team. Overall a nice community to live in and very safe. Highly recommend.

This is a perfect place for us. The apartment is perfect, spacious and reasonable and the amenities are numerous. Two pools, jacuzzi, hot tub, gym, steam room, large screen tv room as well as a large beautiful room to rent for parties with a full kitchen to use. Excellent upkeep of apartments and grounds, especially during snow removal. My husband and I couldn't find all these features at all the other apartments we looked at 6 years ago and we are staying here forever.

After searching for months to find a suitable rental property, I had begun to think it impossible to check all the boxes needed to fulfill our needs. The task of finding an apartment that would feel like a home after having lived in a house for many years seemed difficult enough but moving my 92 year old mother in with us really complicated the situation. I had begun to feel very discouraged when I stumbled upon Jacobs Woods Apartments in Lansdale, PA. From the moment my husband and I drove into the apartment complex, it felt different - very much a neighborhood. The grounds are carefully thought out and beautifully maintained. Wonderful sidewalks wind throughout Jacobs Woods accompanied by lovely trees and flowers. Residents throughout also add their personal gardening touches in front of their residences and on their adjoining balconies and porches. The feel of home is very evident throughout all of the Jacobs Woods neighborhood. As we stepped into the office to get more information on the various rental options, we were impressed by the friendliness and professional demeanor of the staff. The staff manages to seamlessly address the needs of multiple visitors and/or residents in a cheerful and timely manor. Not always easy, I'm sure! After discussing our needs, we were given a tour of several suitable floor plans. I have to say we were blown away by the quality of the structures, the spaciousness of the units and the very "non-apartmenty" feel of these homes. I finally felt I had found the one place where we could all be happy. We now live here in a 2 bedroom master floorplan which is an ideal arrangement for having my mother live with us as it gives us all some personal space. The task of finding a rental property that allowed for her safety in the bathroom was really a chore. The bathrooms at Jacobs Woods are very spacious and will easily allow mom to maneuver around in her wheelchair. The tub arrangement is the only one I saw in all my looking that would allow me to safely get mom in and out of the tub. I had no idea what a challenge it would be to find a place that would support mom's safety but I must say I was relieved to find Jacobs Woods after having looked at one after another places where it would be dangerous or impossible to have my mom with us. Though our apartment is all on one floor, it is a second floor unit, so we will be adding a stairlift for getting mom up and down the stairs when we need to. Again, the staff h

From the drive through the property to the apartments themselves, this place has it all ! Large trees and mature shrubs give the area a beautiful neighborhood feel. The apartments are spacious and well designed. I love that we have two balconies to enjoy and a garage for our cars. We enjoy the pool in summer and even the occasional parties given by management. It really shows how much they care about their residents !
