Jackson School village is an upscale home with good vibes in a good neighborhood with a very good school district . It's extremely nice inside and out the amenities are spectacular up to date I've never lived in complex as peaceful as this I like to call it a home . The fact that you can walk right out to the front of the complex and go on a nature hike it's just a bonus there's wild bunnies running around very cool my daughter and I are hoping to stay here for many years to come.

It's a welcoming, peaceful, homey, well-kept place. Thankful for washer and dryer and bathrooms and deck--a sanctuary for me.
Great location. The grounds are well cared for and the apartments are quaint and fully featured. Staff is very friendly.
So far, everything has been better than best. Utah apartments don’t even remotely compare to this place, Jackson School Village is phenomenal. My maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours and we are well taken care of here. I love it.
We just moved from Utah to Oregon and Jackson School Village apartments has been a critical part of making it all happen. All the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, there’s trash valet, Amazon package lockers, covered mailboxes, tons of parking, a nice gym, and an absolutely beautiful property. They planted specific trees here that during autumn turn a beautiful and vibrant red. We feel very happy with our decision to rent from Jackson School Village. Nowhere is perfect, but this place is our comfort in a brand new state in a brand new chapter of our lives.

We have lived at JSV going on five years. We like our apartment, the grounds, the mature trees, the swimming pool, etc. But there have been too many managers over the years. The turnover lacks consistency, creates issues & does not allow them to know us or we them.
We're just a little disappointed that our apt. was not ready for move-in when it was supposed to be. After talking with our new neighbors, it is apparent that our experience is typical : hard to get action from the office
I am happy with my life at the Jackson School Village Apartments. Yes, there are always issues to be addressed; but, I never thought apartment living was for me until I found Jackson School Village 4 years ago.
Jackson Village Apartments are great to live in from the spacious apartment, friendly and professional staff, amenities included, quiet environment and so much more you cant go wrong renting here. We love it here, I have multiple family members in the same complex and we are all extremely happy with everything!! Definitely a perfect choice!!

moved to Jackson school village a few weeks ago , the community is very quiet and the residents are super nice. There is a lot of things offered including a place to wash your car and a dog park and a regular park. i think the rent shouldn't be as much with the amenities not available at this time though due to covid 19.
Overall a good and safe place to live. Management is very responsive and accommodating. Only issues are with noise and maintenance.

This complex is very responsive with maintenance issues lately. There is a couple of things that have been put off but I am notified of the steps. I used to have maintenance issues here that needed to be taken care of and they were forgotten about or done partially. But not with the new maintenance staff now.
Overall generally feels like a safe and secure place to live. I have enjoyed the apartment and community amenities. Both management and maintenance are very responsive and easy to work with. At times there are noise issues

Maintenance is awesome! Parking is TERRIBLE. Make sure you looking to to visitor parking and resident spaces before you decide, it would have made me look elsewhere if Id known.
We just moved here but we love it already! My son loves the playground and theres tons of walking trails around to take our dogs out.
We have been here since January of this year and love it. Everyone is friendly and the communication with the staff and maintenance is well.

This is a great place to live. Moving in was one of the most seamless and stress free experiences I have ever had. Maintenance was quick and courteous. The price was right and I would tell a friend.

Everything is lovely so far. Parking is a challenge, but that seems to be a common issue everywhere!
We love it here but we were in a special situation where we and the organization had a missunderstanding and there was no felxibility at all on the their side.
It’s very nice here. I would suggest that management take a look at the landscape. I’ve noticed mulch is need and also more bushes or plans along the sides of the buildings. It looks like some plants were cut down but not replaced. These apartments were built in the 90’s.I’m sure they have been updated since then but the owners should look into changing out some of the appliances and refacing cabinets. We were very happy that the carpeting was replaced.
I recently resided at Jackson School Village. The property manager, Camille, tried to include a non-compliance fee after move-out that she had originally agreed to waive. After lying about having photos to prove her claim, she then changed her story which differed from the leasing agent i spoke to. She then claimed she was re-instating the fee because she never bothered to personally call me back and address it. Very petty and in very bad taste.

Jenny, we set forth community rules and guidelines for everyone's enjoyment and comfort at our community as well as to keep the buildings up and curb appeal stay up to par with the neighborhood we are in. If by chance a resident does not comply unfortunately, a non compliance fee is the consequence. We hope you the best in the future and we'll all take this as a learning experience.
Well I've only lived here for about a month but generally that's enough time to figure out any problems we're gonna have-so here it goes. The property is beautiful, there's a water fountain at the main entrance next to the office. There's a clubhouse for day use with a small kitchen, even a small movie room. There's an office for tenants to use with a computer and printer. There's a gym and childrens playroom within reach. The pool is open seasonally and there is a year round spa. Valet trash is about $25 a month which is very conveniant however whoever picks up the trash is very nitpicky and tends to give us problems. This has not yet been reported to management so I guess I can't take it to heart. Maint. Issues that have been reported were taken care of promptly, the property management is great. As I've read before on other reviews, the walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors at times, especially upstairs. If I had to do it over again I'd still pick this place.
