Love being a resident here. J building is very guiet and peaceful. The only problem I have is parking. I get off at 3 am and I have to part at the vet next door sometimes.

I have always received great service from anyone here at Jackson Grove. From the ladies in the office to the service men that work around the area. Everyone is friendly and they mind their business. I like living here bc even if the lobby office is full (which it usually is with newcomers and tours) Georgica always pays special attention to me and I always feel like I’m right at home.

I really like my stay. I like that it’s quiet and clean. Only thing that I would say is that my packages are not being delivered to my locker where I signed up for an Amazon hub. Instead it’s right in front of my door. Also I was promised a certain unit but had to transfer due to management.
I moved in 9/19/2024 had some things needing to be fixed and Justin and Jeremy were both prompt and did an excellent job very pleased. I’m am so far very satisfied
Been here 3 years with no issues. Clean and quiet around my building. Kids love the playground. Swimming pool could be kept up a bit more. Amenities are cool. Pricing is just too high
Better than what it was after getting my sink fixed communication is the only thing that could be worked on or more community events and engagement I’d be willing to help plan

Very quiet environment. Perfect floor plan layout for my toddler. Maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. Just disappointed the original wood has been painted over white.

My apartment is nice and I work to keep it in good shape. The walls are pretty thick as I don’t usually hear a lot of noise from my neighbors.

Staff is generally good but I wish maintenance would give a better heads up if anything is going on. Loud music at all times of the night isn’t too great.
Everyone has been nice in the office and made the process of renting pleasant. There is a lot to do in the area. And everything is close by.

It has been a rollercoaster of good and bad. The worst is the maintenance time as they only have one full time maintenance man so work orders can be open for weeks. The other main issue is the trash around the complex and by the dumpsters. Some days I have to wait to take our trash out because the dumpsters are over flowing.

Rent is very affordable and easy to renew. Leasing office seems available whenever an issue arises. Trash and the lack of parking continue to be my biggest concern.

Great location. Friendly office and maintenance staff. A few amenities like a small gym and play area for older kids. All around a pleasant living space.

Things seem to be going down hill living here. Lots of noise by neighbors at through out day and night. Management is not available to talk about issues regarding living conditions. The office always show closed or will be back later sign.

Groundskeeper housekeeping maintenance do real good job I haven't had any issues with no very loud playing music or hanging out in the parking lot and more safe environment great place to live.

Several things were messed up in the apartment when we moved in the worst thing was the carpet nails sticking up at entrance to home, still waiting for them to be fixed it’s been two weeks and I have had a child trip and I myself.

Overall a great experience at these apartments. The only downside is that since these are older apartments there is only 1 main water cutoff and the entire property has to be without water for hours and sometimes several times a week. Having a newborn and a job this is quite inconvenient. Parking is improving. The playground could use an update as there aren’t any activities to do with small children.
Office staff is amazing! Enjoy having the hub for security of packages. Updated trash is keeping the main parking area clean. Outside grounds keeping sometimes blocks several reserved parking spots and sometimes the halls are dirty.
So far so good everyone that comes over always ask about the prices! Decent apartment for the price! Office staff is great! Definitely looking forward to a few years here
The community is really nice. But I’ve been plagued by problems in my unit since I moved in a week ago, and even with maintenance trying to fix the problem for a week, it’s still ongoing. I have the condensation from the air conditioner units for my unit and the two units above that drain down the line through my unit, leaking onto the floor in the water heater closet and running down my hallway.
So far everything is good, staff is very transparent when it comes to living here and when thing will get done if need to be. Maintenance is cool come in get what needs to be done, done and heads out!

The neighborhood is great but parking is straight trash half the cars parked out here don't even live here and it's hard for actual residents to park we shouldn't have to walk a mile to get to our homes
This is a nice place to live. When looking for a new place this was one of the easiest places to find that gave me little to no trouble when searching

The pool is super clean, hallways are also clean, love it. Parking is alil hard to get but not impossible. Dog park is really nice for puppies or adult dogs to train and have fun.

This is my first apartment under my name and I’m obsessed! This feels like home and I feel great! I don’t hear anything upstairs unless it’s early morning but other than that It’s perfect here!
