We love our neighbors, how quiet and peaceful this place is. The staff is incredible, friendly, always listened to our concerns and welcomed feedback every time. All our service orders were done on time, keeping up with our home maintenance whenever needed. We love it here!
I love living here! Paying the rent via the use of LOFT is easy and hassle-free! I feel safe, which is very important to me. Everything you need, from groceries to gas, shopping, gyms, highways, and bars/restaurants, is all located within 10 minutes or less! The traffic is minimal. The noise level is a '1' on a scale from 1-10, with 10 being loud and 1 being lower than low. The managers here, especially Debbie and Tessa are fabulous and very friendly. The maintenance staff are also lovely and professional. The amenities are clean and orderly. In addition, there are a bunch of blue jays all over the trees here, and I have spotted a redhead woodpecker on the tree right in front of my balcony. This is a very peaceful environment. I highly recommend Jacaranda Club Apartments to anyone seeking a charming place to live in.

I have been here for a year now and must say this is the best apartment that I have found and can actually say "feels like home". The studios are very spacious and management is constantly upgrading the property from exterior paint including hallways and patios, outdoor light fixtures, pool area including the jacuzzi. I would highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for family oriented neighborhood with all shopping and necessities within a 1 mile radius (Publix, Aldies, Wawa, Central Park and Westside Hospital). All of the staff here are compassionate and are like family to me.

Put in a service request for a broken a/c unit on the 5th it is the 7th, no response from front office or maintenance. This is the second time trying to get someone to fix my a/c unit. Last time took them 3 months to fix my shower

Christian, we apologize for any inconvenience but we received your work order for your A/C on a Saturday and maintenance does not open work order requests on weekends but they do respond to emergency calls. Monday morning they did see your request and quickly attended to your issue and fixed your A/C that morning. In the future if you ever have an emergency, please call our office number and follow the prompts for emergencies and someone will get back to you. According to our records, the last time your A/C was in need of repair, maintenance went the same day but was turned away and then returned the next day and fixed it. We really are here for our residents which many are very satisfied and want the same for you too. Thank you, Management
Beware!! This place is a nightmare!! Terrible/horrible living experience!! The buildings here are old, the construction is weak and there's no proper sound proofing/insulation between the apartments. Can hear everything that goes on upstairs. Stomping/banging/dragging of things is the order of the day. There's no peace and quiet, for heaven's sake!! The management says it's apartment living and is completely acceptable. Their solution is just learn to live with it. You've been warned!! Good luck to you if you choose this place!!

I love living here because now they have done so many improvements. I love the dog park and dog spa for my doggie. Also absolutely love the BBQ grill at the pool and the new pool furniture is really nice!

I went to Jacaranda Club for information about the apartments and the leasing lady was very nice and helpful. She showed me the model and I loved it. I also love the dog parks for my doggie. It is very close to highway so I can get to work easy. So far the process has been very smooth and I am waiting to move in July 1st. I can't wait!
So, I found Jacaranda Club Apartments online while I was living in Georgia. If you have never done it, it is a nightmare trying to find it a place to live remotely. However, Nikki and Debra made the process very easy and seamless. Nikki handled all of my paperwork in a same-day service type of style. No stress. When I arrived in South Florida, everything was ready for me to move in. I have been here going on six months now. The only real issue that I’ve had is my air conditioner started to freeze up every couple of days. In South Florida, that could be a problem. However, Nikki and Debra made sure that a brand new air conditioner was installed. This was done in a matter of a couple of days. Unbelievable service. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes all over the country. Jacaranda club is by far the best I’ve seen. The office staff and maintenance staff are certainly on top of it. Keep up the great work!
I been to a lot of states some rich some regular and I have a nice experience with Fl BUT this property is the worst. Broken elevator not fixed for more than a month No drainage for parking . Out side look is great but no maintenance like painting etc

We understand the frustration our residents experienced during this time but the final product is much more efficient and aesthetically pleasing elevator. Future plans for the community include painting the buildings along with other enhancements. We appreciate feedback from our residents and our door is always open if you would like to speak with us.
The area is very quite and pleasant. Very welcoming of all types of dogs and there Is a lot of vacant areas to walk and play with your dog.
