Each unit has a full private bathroom and a kitchenette. The leasing office is open 5 days a week and tours are available from 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. We currently have available units. Rent is $1,300 to $2,167 per month. Security Deposit is $350.00. Qualifications: • Application Fee: $40.00 per adult • Rent: $1,300 to $2,167/month. • Security Deposit: $350.00. • Maximum of two (2) persons per unit. • No Pets. • No households comprised of all full-time students. • Income cannot exceed $63,660.00 for one and $72,720.00 for two persons per year. • Minimum household monthly income of $2,387.00.
