I love my apartment. For me, it is in the perfect location that has less traffic than most of the Southside of town so it makes my commute easy. Management is responsive. I had an issue with my AC and maintenance fixed it within 24 hours. The people here are friendly. I highly recommend.

Neighbors leave trash out by their door all day, everyday & not in a trash can. That draws roaches. Also, the people who pick up the trash don't always take everyone's trash. I have been out walking my dogs & I have seen them go upstairs & bring some trash down, but leave others. If something spills out of the bags, they just leave it.

love it here maintenance is my favorite here they are so on top of everything and are the nicest people i’ve ever met everyone is super nice we do have some weird neighbors and the walls/floors are super thin but the complex as a whole is great!

Watch out for pest
Number one complaint from two different units I lived on were the pest. German roaches everywhere. Food had to be stored in the fridge at all times, even dry goods. It’s not a child friendly community and watch out where you step. Dog poop everywhere.

I enjoyed my stay at island villa, the staff here is amazing we did have a issue with a roach infestation in a couple buildings but it was quickly solved when new management came in and since then it’s been a wonderful stay.

Great environment. Very quiet neighborhood. Family oriented and great community. Love the fact that the elementary school is just across the street. Office staff always willing to help and courteous.

It's a great community the Team is amazing they always go above and beyond for the community the maintenance team is equal amazing as soon as something is wrong they are here that day or the next. Island villa, has been a home to me,I came in from outside the states,but on my application the office team were so amazing kept updating me and guiding me on the application, allow me be specific to that Heather was so supportive and guided us in application online,on arrival the moving in date wau the reception was good ,we moved in with my family, so far so good it's been amazing being here,given a chance I would definitely refer someone here,the only thing I would wish to thank the office for the good work

Move is was a breeze. The office personnel made it extremely easy, everything was online or over the phone due to my busy work schedule. The community has been great as well no complaints on my end. Only bad thing I would say is the roaches in my kitchen. Not terrible but you see them every now and then.

We love the upkeep with landscaping and how clean the property is. Also the quietness and tranquility at night makes us feel safe. Our neighbors are respectful when it comes to noise and they are friendly as well.

Overall my stay here has been livable. My family and I have been here 2yrs now the amenities could be better, but they do the job. In my opinion, it's a little expensive. to live here for the quality of the apartments. Seems a little outdated.

Finding this apartment complex was a huge blessing. Heather made everything a breeze for move in. Management is very proactive with any issues that there may be in the complex. When I have had to call maintenance, they are very responsive and help to get any issue taken care of as soon as possible. We are enjoying living here.

Nice apartment complex when you need maintenance there here right away everyone is friendly. The only bad things is to much chlorine in swimming pool and noisy people upstairs

Great place to live! However theft on property is an issue, so I would be conscientious with that. Despite that these are great apartments with lots of amenities and the staff genuinely cares for you and your needs!
