The process was smooth all the ladies in the front desk were very helpful & answered all my questions. I herd of this complex from my cousin who stays here & also Stephanie who help me & i believe her name was joy all so nice & helpful 10/10
I’ve had a wonderful experience so far. The front office staff has been so helpful and I have had no issues moving and getting settled in. Loving it here so far. My only complaint is that maintenance never actually comes and keeps closing out the work orders, then I receive emails asking me to rate the maintenance service.
From the time that we toured, signed the lease, and moved in it was a timeline of about 4 days. We had Joy help us out with everything and she couldn't have made the process easier! She would tell us exactly what documents we needed by when and she kept us updated on everything leaving no detail untouched. So far everything has been great and everyone has been nice!

So far this is one of the best apartment communities I have lived in. It is updated and very well maintained. The staff is quick with responses and helpful. I live on the third floor which takes some getting used to because you can hear the wind and whatnot. I would highly recommend

There’s always random people that don’t live here coming to the pool every weekend. Sometimes families of 15+. Never any parking because they don’t fix the gate. What’s the point in giving tenants pool bracelets if they don’t enforce it?

I love my apartment. For me, it is in the perfect location that has less traffic than most of the Southside of town so it makes my commute easy. Management is responsive. I had an issue with my AC and maintenance fixed it within 24 hours. The people here are friendly. I highly recommend.

Neighbors leave trash out by their door all day, everyday & not in a trash can. That draws roaches. Also, the people who pick up the trash don't always take everyone's trash. I have been out walking my dogs & I have seen them go upstairs & bring some trash down, but leave others. If something spills out of the bags, they just leave it.

love it here maintenance is my favorite here they are so on top of everything and are the nicest people i’ve ever met everyone is super nice we do have some weird neighbors and the walls/floors are super thin but the complex as a whole is great!

The apartments are up to date and in excellent condition and have very nice amenities. It is a Convenient location and the staff is very helpful.
The staff is very friendly. Everything is so clean. Only thing is I don’t like the parking situation. First come first serve and to feed a family of five I have to walk a long way to get to my building

Number one complaint from two different units I lived on were the pest. German roaches everywhere. Food had to be stored in the fridge at all times, even dry goods. It’s not a child friendly community and watch out where you step. Dog poop everywhere.

I enjoyed my stay at island villa, the staff here is amazing we did have a issue with a roach infestation in a couple buildings but it was quickly solved when new management came in and since then it’s been a wonderful stay.

Great environment. Very quiet neighborhood. Family oriented and great community. Love the fact that the elementary school is just across the street. Office staff always willing to help and courteous.

It's a great community the Team is amazing they always go above and beyond for the community the maintenance team is equal amazing as soon as something is wrong they are here that day or the next. The landscape is kept up it's visually appealing great curve appeal. I absolutely love my community here at Island Villa!!
