I live at island club almost 2 years now and it has been so Amazon living here the staff is very nice and friendly the maintenance staff are very nice and friendly and is always on top of anything that goes wrong in the apartment. I never had an issue living here. I would give it 10/10 stars.
Island Club apartments are the best place to live. It is quiet, clean and has wonderful amenities and community gatherings. Cindy is FABULOUS. She puts so much work into making sure the apartments are well maintained. She treats her renters like family. If you are looking for a place to rent, move here!
If I could give this property 10 stars I would! The staff are amazing, helpful, caring, and very passionate about there residents. The pool and fitness center is very clean! If you have any concerns at all Cindy and her staff are on it ASAP! Definitely, if you are looking for a great place to live check this property out! :)
As someone who has lived around the word, I have to say that this is one of the best places to stay by far. With such a lively and welcoming community built around it and a impressive management actively hosting small events to bring the people of this neighborhood together, it’s hard not to want to stay here. Any problem that I would happen to have would be dealt with swiftly and effectively by the lovely team of people that work to make sure everything is in order. I had such a pleasant time staying here for several years and If I happen to stumble upon the opportunity to return, I would 100% do so because of how much like family I feel in this commune. Thanks to Cindy and her team for making this such a wonderful experience!

Cindy and her team do such a great job. They are always there to help if I need anything. There has not been a day that has gone by since I’ve been here (2 years) where they have not smiled and waved or stopped to have a quick chat as I pass by them. They are so pleasant to be around. My history with Island club started in college and then I moved back in 2018 with my then fiancé, whom is now my husband. We have lived here ever since and have created a beautiful life and family living here at Island Club, especially welcoming the birth of our son. I am so grateful for this quiet, safe and well taken care of community. The office staff here, Manager Cindy and Assistant Manager Amber are wonderful, kind and always throwing fun events to bring the complex together. The maintenance staff, Daryl, Joe and Mike are so hard working and truly care about the safety of your living space and make it their priority to take care of your home. My husband and I are purchasing our first home and we will be leaving Island Club with a lot of great memories and wonderful friends. I can honestly say Island Club has truly been a place to call home.

Quiet neighborhood. The staff here now is super tenant focused. Apartments are well maintained and staff is on point with any issues that occur. Cindy goes above to ensure everything is safe and friendly. The ever colorful and always Amber is a nice addition to the office. Joe and Darryl are exceptional when it comes to repairing any and all types of issues big or small. The updates to the pool area this year were spot on and appreciated. The grounds are also maintained year round. Miss my house but glad we chose Island Club !

All the good reviews on this place are from when Crystal was the property manager. She was wonderful and made this community a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. Debbie is the new manager and she has ruined this community. She is rude, she complains about any tenant with dogs or children, and has put in a million rules. It feels more like a prison camp than an apartment complex. Repairs are left undone and she tries to blame them on tenants. I lived here for an entire year when Crystal was manager without a single problem. Now I'm moving out early.
I have lived in Island Club for Just over 8 months and have 0 complaints about anything. It is so quiet and convenient to everywhere. Crystal and Shelby in the office are so helpful and sweet. Maintenance men are professional and courteous, respond within 24 hours.
I have lived here at Island Club for going on 6 months. The place is extremely quiet, and always clean. Maintenance guys Joe and Russ are quick to completed my work request, I never have to wait that is a change from other communities. Shelby and Krystal are funny and always welcoming. I chose this property because as soon as I walked through the office doors it was like no other in the area. I felt welcomed. When I moved in I was so happy with my apartment and the location of it. I would give this property 10 stars but that is not an option. If you are looking, stop in the office you will see what I am talking about. Great People all around!
I will be moving in this week. The personal attention from Crystal and Shelby are a welcomed difference as compared to my current situation! Love their spirits, and looking forward to joining the Community!
I've been living here for 3 years. The apartment is homey and a comforting neighborhood. Shelby and Crystal are very friendly and responsive. Maintenance takes action quickly and gets the job done. The complex is great overall I love it here.
I moved in 2 months ago and love my apartment. It is clean and quiet which was important to me. I moved from a near by property that was horrible completely night and day. Crystal and Shelby are always friendly great to deal with. I had just 1 work order and they were there the same day something I was not use to coming from somewhere else. The property is always clean and the people that live here are friendly. I would give them more than 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The apartments are great and the staff is even better. Shelby and Crystal at the front desk are amazing! They are very kind and accommodating. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and timely with repairs. Wonderful place to live!

I have been living here for just over a month, and i absolutely love it. Its a very quite area surrounded by nature, giving it that serene feel. The staff is very friendly, always having a warm smile and willing to answer any questions. Shelby is always on her game, pulling up information, photocopying all forms, and just getting people in and out when needed. The people in the community are very friendly. Its a place you can truly call home.

We love living her. It is an older complex, but renovations are up to date, and the complex itself is well taken care of. The staff is also very helpful whenever we have questions or issues. They are kind and quick to respond to anything. Prices are also among the lowest in the area with easy access to 50. Highly recommend!
I have lived at the Island Club for 2 yrs. and I love it. Krystal is so helpful and answers all of my questions. She definitely follows through with all my concerns. Also, kudos to Shelby she is helpful and very informative. A Happy Camper!

Moved into island club in June with my boyfriend, first apartment ever and absolutely love it!
I have shopped around and came to Island Club where the office is amazing. I felt welcome, I had been other places and NOBODY was nice almost like I was a problem. I have lived here 4 months and have had a wonderful experience. Maintenance guys are friendly and quick! Office, they are all funny and make everything simple. If you visit you will see. I have lived in 4 other communities and by far this is the best!!!
Rent is very reasonable.I love it here maintainance are very good.Its like a resort.
Great community, great staff, great maintenance department. Great prices, nice pool and gym. Kid friendly and pet friendly. Lots of family events. Safe community. Love it!
