Isla has been a beautiful community to move into. Peaceful and well kept. It’s so quiet majority of the time and for someone who has never lived alone, I feel solid in the choice I made going with this complex. Kassandra was amazing helping me navigate the leasing process from touring to follow through. It’s overall been an amazing experience. I recommend here to anyone.

Isla seems picturesque from the outside and is anything but from the inside. I honestly feel cheated and lied to about living here. We found a dead roach upon inspection of the apartment we were to rent before move in. We were told that was a "water bug" and it was due to the recent rain. That was a lie. There were more where that one came from. This place is infested with them. The previous renters smoked weed in the apartment and the place stunk of it when we moved in. I inquired about having the carpets done because of the smell. I was told that they were already done and if I wanted them done again it would be at my expense. It's one thing if it were my mess or my stink to clean, but it isn't. It is a stink that was here when we moved in and we just have to deal with it. Oh, also don't move here if you don't like weed smell or weed smoke because many of the residents smoke it and do so in the parking lot, the balcony/porch, or in the buildings. It sounds like your upstairs neighbors are a herd of elephants trumpeting and running at all hours of the night. I think there might be a bowling ally in their apartment. No other sound quite matches the sound of a bowling ball being dropped on the floor and why it would happen as often as 10+ times a week, it only makes sense that there has to be a bowling ally up there. Only move here if you are a heavy sleeper. You will be listening to someone else's music at all hours of the night, people who feel the need to renovate (dragging chairs/tables/dressers) at 12am or later, and constantly have to listen to other peoples domestic disputes. Packages will be stolen from your doorstep and staff will shrug their shoulders on what to do about it. This is honestly the first time I have lived in an apartment, so I'm not sure if this is standard, but none of the reviews were honest enough to tell me these things before moving in here and neither were the staff. Not only would I never suggest anyone ever live here, I will never live in any apartment ever again.

Lived here for 2 years—wish we never had. Moved in with twin babies to a filthy, roach-infested apartment that hadn’t been cleaned, with broken appliances. The community was dirty, noisy, and poorly managed—dog waste everywhere, trash pickup inconsistent, and loud parties on weekends. At move-out, despite keeping our place spotless, we were hit with a $329 “dog urine” charge for stains under furniture a dog couldn’t reach—one was even coffee. Management ignored us and walked away. Bottom line: this place is unprofessional, poorly maintained, and quick to hit you with bogus fees. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

The apartments are nice, but the price is exorbitant for what you get. Valet trash would be nice if everyone would do what is expected of them and bring their receptacles inside in the morning. People who don’t have the valet trash bins put their trash out in bags that leak and leave residue on the floors that is not cleaned up. I was told the floors are cleaned on a regular basis, they have not been cleaned since I’ve been here (over a month).

Isla is an amazing community to live in. The apartments are very clean and spacious. The modern touch and technological advance community makes it an ideal place to settle. I love the view from my floor and the easy accessibility that the elevator gives me to traverse up and down each floor. I truly love it here at Isla.

We recently moved from out of state to the Isla Apartments. Our experience has been excellent starting with the Leasing Staff Jeannette, Andrew and Barbara, they were extremely helpful throughout the process and very friendly.The maintenance staff has been amazing reacting quickly to the little quirks of moving into a new building. The apartments are clean and spacious. The grounds are kept immaculate. We enjoy the cleanliness of the gym and pool area’s. Very happy to call this home!
Isla is beautifully decorated. The buildings color scheme make you feel happy before you even see the inside of the apartment. Fresh and bright.
Nice community overall, and the three bedroom is similar to a house set up. The office staff is pleasant, and you have access to the package hub for orders. The community holds parties periodically. Isla hired a DJ, and got the best pizza in town "Bizzaro's". You also get the convenience of being 5 mins from the grocery stores, dining, and the highway. Maintenance also acts fast if you have a issue that needs attention.
Isla is super nice. The fact that its brand new is very appealing. Elevators and a beautiful pool, a great gym are some of the awesome things here for the residents.
This is by far the most friendly,clean,safe apartment community we have ever lived in. The staff is so friendly and approachable,the grounds are kept so nicely and th apartment itself has such a spacious layout with a well thought out design.we love the atmosphere here and hope to stay for many years to come!
