After a year of living here, I am highly satisfied with how quiet the community is, and the neighbors are courteous and considerate, too.
My experience has been pretty good. Like noted above, I would love to see improvement with the security
Overall this is a nice place to live at, I like the manager she's really nice, understanding, I just wish there handicap apts here so that I can continue to live here.

ROACHES!!! moved into the complex almost a year ago and have had mutilple instances with ants, spiders, beetles and now roaches is where I draw the line!!! Not sure if the people underneath me brought them form their previous place or if just from the apartment being old as hell and NEVER being treated!!!! They charge you a monthly pest fee but you have to call to get out on the list for them to spray?!? SO WHY TAKE THE MONEY EVERY SINGLE MONTH && inform us residents that is was is needed for treatment. Outside of the building should be sprayed and above doors should be wiped down! I am constantly fighting spiders and webs every morning. I have had ants infestation twice and now seen a few roaches. notified the management team and was informed I would have to hold out until Monday because that’s when pest control comes! MIND YOU ITS TUESDAY!!!! So you mean to tell me I have to wait a week, continued spreading is going to happen and i’m just supposed to eat, live, bathe feel normal in a place I know now is infested. Because if you see one there is a million hiding in the walls and everywhere else. The maintenance team is wonderful, responsive and quick to act on services && I understand this is not in their scope of job expectations. Pool was closed the entire summer as well! && don’t get me started on parking. visitor parking spots are never available for actually guests and instead of consumed by individuals who live in the residence and have multiple cars. That being said the car they park in the visitor spot NEVER MOVES!!! The vehicle they use regularly they put in the spot that comes with the apartment which makes sense right? so they don’t loose the spot for their other car? BUT THE REST OF US HAVE NO PLACE FOR OUR GUESTS TO PARK!!! I have had mutilple instances with my guests having tow stickers put on their windows for parking in other places due to visitor parking spots all be occupied. Something needs to change because the price paid is not worth what you recieve.

Muy mal servicio me dijeron que el apartamento estaría disponible desde el 24 de Julio y nada solo me estuvieron poniendo pretextos y haciéndome abrir varias apps. I was downsizing to a 1 bedroom and this one kept catching my interest. I applied online which was ok for the most part except for a few technical hiccups along the way when trying to sign my lease. Move-in went smoothly and I am enjoying the complex so far (quiet, clean no real disturbances and close to everything I need). Arsema, the IP manager has been great throughout the various challenges with getting my lease ready and a mailbox issue (all resolved timely). I do wish the fitness center had better hours (currently only open during business hours) - perhaps that is something that can be considered in the future.

I like the location of this apartments, however the building is very old and my apartment has problems in the bath and kitchen. I am not happy at all with the apartment, I would give 2 star, but the only relief now is the managment of this apartment espacially they changed it few months ago, this was a great descision. With this new manager her name is Arsema, the doors of the leaseing office always open, she answer the phone, she always on time for her appointments , she respond quickly to any issue related the apartment, and direct my concerns to the maintaince. She is a good listener and a problem solver with much flexibility. Also the temp staff are very nice.

This apartment complex is absolutely terrible. The management is terrible, the maintenance is terrible, all of it I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!!
