Property Ratings at Iroquois Green
It says that the utilities are included but what they're not telling you is that you still (technically) have to pay for them. It's a $59 flat rate fee for the utilities that you have to pay every month separately from the rent. They don't include this in their description so you have to jump through hoops to figure out all of the fees you'll have to pay before you can even move in. The apartments are nice but they're not that nice to justify such high rent and ridiculous fees.
Apartments are decent for the price! Fridge and stove need to be updated but everything else is nice for the price. Maintenance guy is very friendly and fixes things in appropriate time frame. Lots of parking and quiet environment!
Apartments are really nice,clean, and decent price range. The staff is very friendly and everything gets done in timely manner.
